SwitzerlandThe staff were not very helpful. A good example was the situation with the EV chargers, despite asking for assistance, they didn’t take any action. It was disappointing to see non-EV cars occupying the charging spots while the staff simply offered excuses instead of resolving the issue. Additionally, the restaurant was not operating during our stay, so lunch and dinner were unavailable, which was quite inconvenient.
The room we stayed in was a good size for three people. However, the bathroom clearly needs renovation, it looked quite dated, and in our case, the shower door was damaged (missing part). Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh fruits, breads, cakes, and good coffee. The parking garage was okay but quite tight for larger vehicles. There are two EV chargers available, but unfortunately, they were poorly managed by the staff. Non-EV cars were parked in the charging spots, and despite raising the issue, the staff didn’t take any action and only offered excuses.

SwitzerlandOne downside was the communication with the staff. Their English was quite limited, and when they did try to communicate, they sometimes came across as rude—though I believe it was more a matter of language barrier than intention.
The room was clean and comfortable, which made for a relaxing experience. The hotel is located near a busy street at the entrance of a highway, so there was quite a bit of traffic. Sleeping with the window open wasn’t an option for me, but thankfully, the closed window offered excellent sound insulation. The room also had air conditioning, which provided good ventilation and made up for not being able to open the window. Overall, I was happy with the stay and appreciated the comfort and cleanliness of the room. The hotel is situated in an industrial area, which may not be the most scenic, but it’s very well connected. There are five different bus lines nearby, making it easy to reach Renens and Lausanne quickly and conveniently.

Romaniathe only thing i had an issue with, you cannot change the heating/air con settings, and when it was on it was loud and i cannot sleep with that noise, and the vent that is at the windows brings in cold air from outside so it's a bit cold in the room

It is a business hotel with comfortable, clean rooms, a good hotel bar, and polite guests. Good dinner plates to choose from.

SwitzerlandThe air conditioning was lacking during our hot weekend stay. We were quite warm at night. The hotel is easy to get to by car but a little difficult to walk to from the bus stop.
We had plenty of space in the triple room for our family. The cabinet was very convenient for hanging clothes and keeping our bags off the floor. The large Migros and mall nearby with small playground was very convenient.
