The enmities are minimal and the bathroom is quite small

The hotel is very modern I knew what to expect as I stayed in this chain in Berlin. The location is very central. The bar is great and breakfast is quite good. Zürich is very expensive and the price of the hotel is very reasonable.

The breaksfast looked very basic, so we didn't take the option and decided to eat outside the hotel.

The location was very convenient to walk from the train station and to the main attractions in the city center. The room interior and lobby were really nice and have a nice welcoming feeling.

The size of the rooms is small. They could be bigger I guess but since you know what you expect, this is not a problem.

Room was nice. Location was great and Breakfast was all I needed. All in all, this is a very good choice for small stays in town.

If we had to be really picky, would have loved some warm options at the breakfast buffet such as scrambled eggs, bacon etc. The hard boiled eggs that they did have were not cooked long enough.

Loved the cosy/comfy room, the bar was great (and busy during the Saturday night!), the friendly staff and overall vibe of the hotel. Great location for exploring Zurich.

The staff at the reception were difficult to understand at times and rushing. Also, it felt like a long walk to find the lifts.

I liked the space in the room and cleanliness, the staff at the bar and also the staff at the breakfast were very friendly and the options to eat were also good. The hotel was close to the riverside about 500 meters and there was a restaurant close by that you can buy food and take it with you, really tasty and to an affordable price.

I enjoyed my stay at Motel One. The room was spacious with a lot of coat hangers and room for clothes. The staff was super nice, specially Diogo and Bernardo! When I go back to Zurich, this will be my first choice!

We were in a lower level room which was hard to find and not great access to an elevator. Plus the elevator down was a service elevator.

Only minor stuff - no bar fridge as I would’ve liked to have stored drinks I bought. No conditioner provided in the shower.

Big bed with a nice bathroom. Free wifi with good speeds and a bar on ground floor. Also a working area on ground floor if needed. Close to Zurich HB train station only a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk.

If I was to list anything I thought I'd like different: - there was no mini-fridge in room (I had some food items I brought with, that I had to consume when I arrived without chilling ability) - it would be nice to have hot food options at the breakfast (classic eggs, bacon, sausages)

Arriving to a non-smoking room to find it smelt strongly of stale smoke. However, this was quickly remedied by the helpful staff who gave us another room.

Excellent, helpful staff. We had a comfortable room facing the courtyard that was nice and quiet. Free organised luggage storage. Able to easily walk around Zurich from the hotel to see local attractions and close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Nice big foyer lounge to relax in.

I would have appreciated a boiler to make tea in my room and a few degrees more for my room temperature. Also the bar food options are quite limited (only a few sandwiches). Would be great to be able to charge the bar consumptions directly to the room.

Lack of waterpressure in shower, which is also elevated which makes the water flow on the floor!
