I loved everything about this stay, what was missing at the hotel was the gym, but everything else was so good, that I did not miss it that much!

Breakfast was amazing, with everything you can imagine. Even champagne was there. Also dinner was very good with a broad selection of local cuisine. Pool was nice and the whole stay was very relaxing.

So glad to find this place! We were extending our stay in the area that involved another property, but ended up preferring here! Such friendly people, cute room, and great food! Also loved the spa area. Our new favorite area and hotel 💓

What a find! Such a great place to stay when visiting the baths -- they are right across the street. We arrived around noon and were able to get into our room right away. Our room had a balcony overlooking the river and was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful -- we met two members of the family that owns the hotel and they were full of great local knowledge. Had a great lunch and dinner at the restaurant - especially recommend the pizza!

No slipper for rent or for free, had to be bought for 10 CHF. For this room price they should be included or at least rentable. Breakfast buffet a bit empty at 10 am.

Nice calm environment with the river giving a wonderful background sound when the windows are open. Wellness area is clean and relaxing with free water. Very cozy chalet vibes big rooms.

The rooms are big and very comfortable. Nice spa facilities. Everyone working at this hotel is so friendly and nice!! We come back every year because it’s such a treat to be there!

A little expensive but could be the exchange rates at the moment! Would be good to have fresh towels available in the spa and pool areas and free issue slippers or flip flops for hotel guests to use in their rooms and for walk to the spa. Small Gym across car park is not well located or signposted but good equipment as long as there are only one or two users at a time.

Excellent breakfast buffet. Option to eat in restaurant. Good quality of food. Family run hotel with responsive and helpful staff.

In the bar maybe some quiet jazz/soft lounge music would suit the mood better there was a medium piched noise inside and around room 210, probably caused by an airvent/kompressor blade somewhere in the building, it was difficult to locate the source of it, but it was almost continous throughout the day, with a sensitive ear to a certain frequency it can be a bit unpleasant

Vals and Rovanada were great havens, haven of calm, bliss of weather, smooth slopes,succulent food, reinvigorating Vals spa. Kindness of staff and top class breakfast.

If I had to make one comment, it would be about the interior design. The interior design of the building is really terrible. This is an observation on my part, but it had no real impact on my stay.

The staff are very professional and friendly. They let us use the SPA area after we checked out (the weather was bad). Breakfast is rich and delicious and I recommend the restaurant which makes great pizzas. The hotel is ideally located, opposite the thermal baths.

Needed to iron my shirt but hotel didn't have an iron to borrow, instead was offered the ironing service with a charge. Not used to it as in most hotels I can do it myself.

I would recommend not getting a room which is in the basement and directly under the restaurant.

I appreciated that it was easy to change rooms as the first one was not very quiet. The second one was really nice ! Staff very helpful and friendly. Nice restaurant and food

Very friendly staff, amazing food made mainly from local ingredients, beautiful wellness area and nice rooms in alpine style. The hotel is located just 5 mins away from the famous thermal spa and next to the cross country slopes.

For a four stars hotel, flip flops to access the spa could be included in the room price.

Large room, very well furnished and decored. Wonderful breakfast with home made products. Restaurant and bar very good and not too expensive. Hope we'll come back.

We had such a lovely experience at Rovanada hotel! I could not recommend it enough! The staff was amazing and polite, the restaurant and the breakfast buffet were great and the room was cosy and exactly what we needed to relax!
