Let me start by saying that there's a reception desk on the premises, where you can check in and receive all the information. I rate my stay as excellent. There are several buildings on the premises, each with several apartments, some of which are occupied by local residents. It's a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The apartments are of a very high standard, with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. There's plenty of space. The garage is on level -1, and one apartment comes with one parking space, which is an additional fee. The downside is that when we booked two apartments (six months in advance), we didn't receive them in the same building. Overall, it's a fantastic place; I recommend it.

The queen bed was made up of two single beds pushed together, which made it less comfortable than expected.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment at Titlis Resort and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is modern, clean, and very well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, which made it easy and convenient for us to prepare meals. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable, and the overall facilities at the resort were excellent. One of the best things is the location—it’s within walking distance to everything you need, including the supermarket, city center, and the Titlis cable car station.

No faults. Would be super useful to have a microwave in the kitchen but otherwise the kitchen has everything you would ever need so really did not bother much.

The bed was a bit too soft, this can be only for me as I am little on the heavier side. Others who were with us on the trip found the bed to be perfect. :-)

Excellent hosts and location. 10mins walk from the railway station. Very calm and silent neighborhood. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location couldn't have been any better. Super easy walkable access to the mountain, and anything we needed (food, restaurants, etc.) was a quick walk as well to into the main town area.

The apartment was dusty, not cleaned up from dust properly. I did not expect to pay extra 80 Fr for the bed sheets. For small kids there is not a lot. I was convinced from the description that there was a play room, but there was not.

The apartment 302 is very modern and cosy. We had all required equipment. The resort is also well organized with the garage, ski room, etc.

The pillows were very soft and not supportive at all (but this is common for Switzerland in my experience). Also it would have been very handy if there was a microwave.

It was spotless, the location was great and the facilities were excellent.
