Lack of live personal at the reception. We arrived at night, on the phone nobody reply but thnx God we solve issue online. Cockroach 🪳 in the bathroom half alive. Looks like long time nobody use bathroom because was smell of stagnant water in pipes. Lack of conditioner, the room at the last floor, under the roof and was very stuffy because of hot weather outside.

Near the road, not far from main road. Quick response. Automatically organized. In general, for such price, good, but there are some issues.

The street noise was realy loud which meant we could not keep the windows open without using earplugs to sleep. There was no aircon which made it realy hot in summer on the top floor. And the windows can only be darkened when closed.

Sofa bed did not really accommodate 2 adults as advertised. No dishwashing liquid provided so we couldn’t wash the dishes we used. Towels that we were provided with on the first day were tiny, they were replaced with standard sized towels on the 2nd day however.

Room was large and very nicely renovated internally, patio area outside was very rundown however. Bed was very comfortable. Free parking was very convenient.

some upkeep and attention to detail would go a long way to improve the experience without having to spend lots of money. A broken light fixture, cabling of the tv, harsh tissues and missing counterspace in the bathroom could all be fixed for little money. Most of this is not a “this is bad” but rather a “oh what could this be if…”

I‘m not a fan of the self checkin system. I like humans being around and I have a lot of experience with electronic locks not working. That aside, the place is great!

The check in app struggles to finish payments. You may need to restart the app in order to see the finished payment and to proceed to the online door key menu. The small rooms are lacking some convenience and comfort (no storage options, super small shower). No staff on site, only mobile help line.

Nicely refurbished building, welcoming style. Easy to access by car with free parking.

Location is good . Heated floor in the bathroom was a nice surprise. Bed is comfortable. Make sure your phone is charged, so you can get in to your room :-)

Unfortunately there was no airco. For a room on the atic 3rd floor this is really necessary in our opinion! The building is located next to busy roads (it was saturday) and to cool the room we needed to open the windows. But there was too much noise outside to leave them open. Sports cars driving by, showing off their loud and sporty exhaustion pipes while drivig in the tunnel next to the building. We had to close the windows to be able to sleep as we did not have earplugs. We didn’t sleep well at all because of the heat in the room. Result was a restless shitty night, which would have been a great night if we had airco.

The location - whilst practical, close to the highway and so on, there isn’t much restaurant or others close by. And looks a bit like an industrial complexe. But the building itself is beautiful and you still have things close by to buy food or others.

Very clean, big and spacious. I was skeptical regarding the self check in as i firmly believe that the service industry needs to be supported and not replaced by internet, AI and so on. But I was pleasantly surprised. We had an issue with the shower and I only had to call, the person I had on the phone was very pleasant and spoke English and immediately took it in his hands and gave us changed room at distance and even upgraded us to an apartment instead of a « simple room ».

Self check in was quite difficult. Thankfully we happened to find a worker in a different part of the apartments that was willing to get us all setup. After that we found it very easy to get in & out. Since you don't have a receptionist it would be very nice to have someone meet the 1st time as we experienced at other locations.

We liked the comfortable beds, nice showers and kitchenette. The location was quiet with nice parking in a the outskirts of a friendly village and close grocery store with fresh produce, etc..

The room seemed unprepared, we rented a completely different, much larger room, we got a very small one, it doesn't even look like it in the photos. The bathroom sink was clogged, we couldn't use it. We basically tried to contact the hotel administration for two days, unfortunately without success. The curtains were torn, there was no cutlery and kitchen utensils. The hotel was booked for four people, and there was only enough bedding for three.

We booked a room for 4 people - bed and extendable sofa. There were no sheets for the sofa. We ended up booking one room more. We tried calling the property maintainers but no one answered. They are in desperate need of changing the light bulbs - half of them didn't work, it was very dark in the room.

Otherwise, the villa was nice - nice bathroom, doors, furniture. Very pretty facade and gorgeous views.

Not the same room as on photos, less space that expected. One and half room on photos with lot of space between sofa and bed(this was the main point on room selection step). As result we had sofa closer to bed. WiFi where under password and no password were provided.
