Lovely spacious 2 bedroom villa with beautiful outdoor area. Very peaceful with immaculate pool area for cooking off and relaxing. Neil was an excellent host with fantastic local tips about the island. He made us feel welcome and was very accommodating.

Nothing. It was perfect. I guess you could say if you don’t like chickens, you won’t like the villa, but that would the case with all of Rarotonga!!

The villa was extremely roomy and clean. The king-sized beds and living room sofa were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. The location was excellent—walking distance to a cafe, two food establishments and a mini-mart/petrol station and of course the beach!

What a beautiful place to stay!! It was my husband and i and our two teenage children. The house we stayed in was beautiful, and the pool and gardens were so pretty. We went to a few of the resorts and were so happy we stayed at Arcadia as they were so full, we pretty much had the whole place to ourselves. Neil, our host, was awesome! He left us alone, but if we had any questions or needed help with anything, he would go above and beyond to help us. A really good person. My husband and son went on a private fishing charter and caught a heap of yellowfin tuna which neil made us up a beautiful platter of sashimi so good (Game fishing rarotonga would definitely recommend) I was worried about the location, but it was the best so close to the best bars and restaurants and the sunsets to die for. Shipwreck and plenty of other bars, only a 2 min scooter away. Definitely recommend shipwreck for snorkling and evening drinks. We had a blast, thanks Neil!!

Nothing, our host did everything he could to make us welcome.

Location quiet, excellent swimming facilities. Villa comfortable, had all kitchen facilities. Host gave plenty of local information on bus timetable, supermarkets, beaches etc. Plenty of restaurants and island activities to chose from.

This place is in a great spot, secluded nicely, not hard to find at all. Has a great host, friendly and helping. Facility's had everything you needed, and were very comfortable . Great pool/ bbq area. Would highly recommend.

Internet is sluggish but this is 'how it is' and not specific to our accommodation. The upside not bothering to live on-line but enjoying our holiday instead!

Neil, our host, was fantastic. He helped with all our queries from car hire, to restaurants, to getting wonderful massages! Really went out of his way as a host. The premises were really comfortable for the 4 of us. The garden and pool really relaxing and beautifully set. The beach, and great swimming was a short stroll away. Set off the main road it was quiet re the traffic. Oh and great fish n chips close by!

Possibly a key to the laundry & a clothesline (which we didn’t have) but saying that if I needed to do any washing all you had to do is ask & Neil was happy to open the Laundry.

Spent a lot of time in the pool, actually from an early morning dip to a refreshing swim midday to a must evening dip before bed, they had a handy bar fridge & BBQ area near by. Our accommodation was Ta’i which was spacious & very comfortable overlooking the complex.

Great location, very close to popular snorkeling and swimming spots (short bus trip or in a car). The onsite facilities in the upstairs villa were exactly what we expected and needed. The villa is located in a secluded (and quiet) spot which was ideal for our trip! Very helpful and friendly onsite staff, provided good recommendations and assisted with anything else we needed. The pool was lovely and well kept. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Second time back with a group of friends. Great place for couples to enjoy with 3 x 2 bedroom units. Very private oasis to yourselves if you book the whole place and good value for money.

nothing of great importance but I would have made the lighting in the apartment a bit cosier and there was no washing machine. No majors!
