The mattress and pillow are the cheapest you can buy and uncomfortable. The upstairs restrooms are in poor condition, dirty, and only half the facilities working.

The downstairs bathroom is very mildew and dirty, the upstairs has almost no light and is dirty. They never clean the showers. Laundry is 6,000 clp minimum.

Very unique setting. An old mansion turned into a hostel. Room 19 is probably the best one. The staff were fantastic ! The hotel wide events are fun and a good way to meet people. The pool is very good.

Very dirty pool, poor cleaning in the rooms and bathrooms. I wish there were regular outlets in the rooms. Not everybody has USB cables nowadays. Poor wifi :(

Staff is lovely, beds are very comfortable, good shower, massive kitchen, great burgers and dj music on Saturday.

there's a cash bar. so why not offer coffee in the morning as well? Upstairs bathrooms are cramped, dark and a bit dingy

The building has tons of characer, and the place has a very relaxed vide. Staff are friendly and they have nice evening social events

Wifi didn’t exist there.. and the common room is next to the dormitory.. and there’s no silence times.. people was chatting and calling till 3am in the morning :/

- room and bed are very inconvinient and uncomfortable (in shared room). Beds are narrow and noisy, with no privacy, no bed light, no bed shelf. Many beds stay in the middle of the room like in barracks. No borders for second level beds (I cant imagine how people could sleep there). - location is not very close to the city centre (you need about 20 mins on foot to reach it)

- amazing pool with own bar - really big hostel with big territory - a lot of common areas - cool kitchen with amazing cooking facilities - some event every day

The garden and the pool are so nice, perfect to chill and meet other travelers. The staff was always super kind and helpful.

There was a very loud pool party on the Saturday and the shower was pretty rubbish. Closer to the museum of human rights but otherwise quite far from central Santiago.

Really good spaces - kitchen, garden and communal areas. Lovely building. Good comfy beds. Helpful staff who put my bike into the storage for me.

Bathrooms and showers were pretty old and gungy and needed a serious deep clean and a refresh. The once grand old house seems to be decaying into the ground with sinkholes in the lower floors and general aroma of rot. Has a bit of an abandoned horror movie house vibe to it. The bunkbeds were the wiggly metal ones that feel like they may collapse when someone heaves themselves up to the top.

Staff is so sweet! Laundry service was great. Dorm rooms were spacious with big lockers. Patio/pool area was lovely with awesome dinner night and great bar. They also sell beer at the front desk, which is handy for those late night unnecessary last drinks.
