The staff is really nice and helpful, we got a room upgrade, the bed was really comfy and the place is conveniently placed right outside metro but without the noise pollution thanks to the tunnel that leads to the nearby underground station. Overall hotel is really clean and modern.

Peter is a fabulous host and made sure we had everything we needed. He also provided us with information on where to shop, eat and catch the train. A really nice location with lots of great restaurants and cafes close by. Subway/metro is just across the road and got us everywhere. Great stay thanks Peter.

There was construction across the street, but that couldn't be helped. And it was never at night, so it really wasn't disruptive.

The room was clean and comfortable, and we felt like we lived there during our stay. The location was close enough to walk to restaurants and convenient to shopping.

I really loved the location, it was surrounded by every kind of restaurants and 24/7 marts, malls and beautiful streets with local decorations. Two metro lines in feet proximity, with pink and purple Shanghai lines that go to every place of the city, no need that only one line change. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable for any kind of stay. My journey was full with different events, so i could cook or bring food with me, call the delivery - anything caused any troubles. I traveled alone, but the room could fit up to two-three people. The look of the windows has its own vibes, surrounded by high buildings, but they were lightened at night. The owner is friendly and thoughtful, answered any of the questions and helped throughout my journey. Rooms are clean, there is a free cleaning service that you can call at any time. Best option that I found for its price

The location is fantastic. There are a so many choices of café, restaurants and other shops at the doorstep. It isn't in a tourist dominant area so one can experience the local life; yet it is also very convenient to get to anywhere in Shanghai using the public transport. Peter is a great host. He is very responsive and helpful. I had some problem with the lock of my suitcase and was quite worried the evening I arrived. Peter immediately sent for a handyman, within 20 minutes, my problem was solved. If you don't know Shanghai very well then you can certainly rely on Peter to provide you with valuable information. I love here so much I'm already planning to come again!

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The apartment was fantastic — very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed: a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, fridge, a cozy living room, and a closet. The location was also great, with a beautiful free temple just around the corner. But without a doubt, the best part was Peter, the host. He’s a wonderful person — kind, helpful, and speaks English, which is really appreciated in Shanghai. When we first arrived, we couldn’t find the place because Google Maps wasn’t working properly, and Peter came to pick us up himself. A true 11 out of 10!

I like that the apartment was in a very good location. Close to bus, train and popular spots. Also, Peter was very responsive and made sure I had no issue during my stay. I would book again if I come back to visit Shanghai.

The mattress was extra-extra-firm which resulted in disturbed sleep for a few nights. The see through bathroom glass walls were very inconvenient. We had to hang towels and clothes on the inside of the bathroom for privacy.

The location was great! The host (Peter) was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Peter did not have any problems responding to our requests. He even helped us find suitable restaurants near the accommodation. Location 10/10 Host 11/10

There are three principal reasons for my high score for this property: the host, Peter is absolutely lovely and goes out of his way to make your stay enjoyable. He communicates well and is always responsive. Secondly, the price of the apartment was amazing when you compare it with other accommodation in Shanghai. Finally, the location is excellent for the train station, airport, sites, restaurants. There was a bit of noise from the street and you don't really know which apartment you are going to get but they all have kitchens, showers, Wifi and washing machines. Highly recommend this place.

Brilliant central location, just a little hinge from the heart of Shanghai. Peter the host was extremely helpful and friendly and was always there when required with easy going personality and positive vibes, has been giving me cool guidance what to see and how to get around places within Shanghai City. Beautiful Buddha Garden near by, lots of restaurants and cafes around neighbourhood. A little grocery shop almost in the doorstep was more than convenient. The place itself were immaculately fresh and clean with all good handy kitchen bits and pieces, also nice comfy linens and bed. Overall, cute vibrant stylish place embraced with care and love. Feels like home, where I will return over and over again. Thank you Peter.

Little bathroom and too cold in room, but host easily solved it and gave to us additional heater.

The best host I ever met. We asked about a portable stove and he gave it to us. We asked about an additional heater and we got it. He gave very detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment and explained everything to the taxi driver and he gave us useful travel advice. Very friendly and polite host made our stay very comfortable in a country that is not the easiest for travel. Supported us 24/7. And we are very grateful to him for meeting our demands and changing the dates of our stay and refunding the money because of our emergency earlier flight. The apartment is close to the temple and to all places of interest.
