We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

FranceThe very strong cigarette smell although I asked for a non smoking room. Quite noisy, as it’s so close to the airport you can hear the planes take off and land. The hotel provided earplugs. The room was very very warm and it was complex to find how to cool it (I didn’t manage).
Very spatious room. Free shuttle to / from airport, although it was a bit hard to book the shuttle for our late arrival from the airport… The staff speaks English. Perfect for transit from T2/ T3 Beijing Capital airport (8 to 15 min by shuttle).

ItalyPart of the staff couldn't speak in English at all. They gave us a room for 2 people but we booked for 3.
It's very close to the airport and integrates a shuttle bus, two key points for comfortable moving. There are lots of facilities (like a restaurant, a gym etc...) offered at a reasonable price. I suggest it for stop over but probably not for long stays

Clean, close to the airport. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to Beijing capital airport every half an hour. The staff were helpful and spoke enough English to manage our booking. I would like to give my special thanks to the morning shift staff and the shuttle driver who kindly returned my phone which I absentmindedly left in the hotel room. 🙏🏽
