Well the aircon apparently doesnt get switched on and it got really hot after 6pm when we were back to the room. We were advised to keep the window open to cool down the room. A 5 star hotel not having aircon on doesnt sound great

Restaurant within the Hotel was disappointing we ordered Laksa but it was not up to the mark, the food was not served hot, the portion for salmon was very less in quantity as per the cost, and the fresh juice we ordered had more water than the actual flavor. When we reported there was no action, no apology. The staff mainly spoke Chinese so communication was a little difficult. Suggestion itis better to try many food outlets outside the hotel, better quality, better price. The hotel staff at desk, and the manager himslef seldom smiled or had any welcome gesture. There were very few polite gestures except for the lift man, and cleaners. The attitude was just check-in go. They only extended any help only if you asked as where is the breakfast? what time? The desk people hardly gave info, they just said breakfast is included in your package.

Breakfast was good with a wide variety from health counter to fruit juices, fruits, and Chinese food. The Location is best with China World Mall, Fortune Mall connected to the second floor. Must go to BeerSmith restaurant which is at walking distance if you like good Western food and music, there is a band that plays every weekend. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The room service staff are generaous with supplies.

Super impressed with all facilities . Comfortable bed ( larger then usual ) , clean rooms and environment . Super friendly staff that did their best to help us out speaking English. Super Breakfast and L'Ox Restaurant is brilliant especially when there is the live music

This was my second visit. Stayed in room 2202. Compared with my first visit, the walls in this room seemed a bit thin. However after about 11pm it all quietened down. It won't stop me using your hotel again. 👍

Lovely clean, spacious room. Lots of nice details - pretty Chinese artwork. Great bathroom. Prompt and tasty room service. Lucky me - good level of English spoken by people at Reception. Nice city view. Fantastic location. Ps. Also looks like a great restaurant in the hotel. Didn't go during this visit - no time. Next time!

Some front desk staff were confused about our breakfast coverage in the second day. I paid for three adults breakfast and was confirmed when checking in, but when we went to breakfast the next day, the restaurant staff questioned us. I had to walked to the front desk and they had to wait till the booking staff to come to work to figure out. The other part I didn't like is the expensive restaurant on the first floor across the main gate. The food quality and tastes were so so, and they were overpriced. The overweight female staff (seemed like a manager) was not friendly at all. When we left the restaurant and she walk towards us, but said nothing and had a poker face on.

Room and breakfast were both great. Great location. The housekeeping staff was great. The check in and check out staff were great, too.

I didn't like this guys who said he will look at the trip plan and when i come back he left and other staff told me there is no such thing etc!

I love how they send me Benz to pick up and concierge service. Also I booked 4 days however got my visa same days and wanted to cancel 3 days and they allowed me which is excellent. They are extremely nice and awesome. I lost my old passport and wondered if i left it in the care they even helped me to call driver at 1 am and he answered. I am so thankful to you guys!

Room air-conditioning. Light is not strong enough if I need to work in the room.

Breakfast is good, but a little bit crowded. Location of the hotel is good, close to metro. Room size is big but air-conditioning is not good.

Swimming pool was a bit far and not that easy to get to .. there were no swimming lanes for people who want to do laps nor any room for kids to swim. This posed a problem when we wanted to take our daughter swimming and there were people trying to do laps in the pool.

The TV in the room could have been bigger and had the option of connecting to my Mobile.

Very nice location and the executive lounge with breakfast and dinner was great. Staff were nice and everything very clean and beautiful. Gym was also good.

The Erving before leaving, we asked concierge to arrange taxi to take us to train station on last day. The message seemed to get lost in the change of shift and sorting it the next morning was a hassle and messed up our arrangements

Nothing that I dislike. Maybe worth considering to renovate the facilities in the room. I can see some parts are a bit out of date.

The location is superb. The staff are really friendly. They upgraded my room so I got to see the city view. Appreciate it! Gym & swimming pool are good. Breakfast is nice with both western and Chinese styles
