Thee hotel itself is a bit dated, but if you looked past it, it was an excellent choice on our part and will be staying there again later in the year when we return.

Room size was perfect, comfy bed, staff were absolutely awesome and free water was always available, which was a nice touch.

hotel is dated. Carpet on all floors, in room and in the hallway. due to the carpet and people smoking on most floors, you smell the smoke of sigarettes everywhere , and even in your room.

Busshuttle for Canton Fair is okay and well arranged.

Good location with nice view of the River, Canton tower.. Excellent Breakfast. attentive staff. Bit difficult to travel to CIFF due to morning & evening traffic. Ideal for a vacation in Guangzhouu.

The western buffet was subpar. We went to the restaurant around 8:30 and was told it would close at 9:30 only to be told a few minutes in that we needed to get our food before 9pm. The food was not kept warm and was barely edible. Overall, it would have been nice if they turned us away rather than rush us and offer us inedible food.

Spacious, clean and comfortable. It was great value with a great location. The staff were lovely and accommodating!

The facility is old. They should not provide the dustbin with water containers in the lift lobby, as this misleads some guests to smoke there.

Good location. Breakfast is good. The staffs in the restaurant (the one for dinner, not the morning buffet one) are very nice. They will give suggestions to you if you order too much, so that reduce food waste and money waste.

Good solution for Canton Fair. The building/structure is old, the rooms are kinda tiny, but the surrounding area is ok. And they have shuttle bus to the Fair (i guess), although there's a lot of traffic in those days.

The facility is old and badly needs update. The kitchen is not usable. The drain in the shower was clogged and the front desk was informed. It wasn't fixed after two nights stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by this Ramada.The staff was very friendly and approachable. The rooms were well appointed and clean. The location in GZ is perfect! The California Cafe breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent.

Very old fashion hotel, strong smell , probably everybody smoked inside, even pillows was smelling, also carpet was smelling, not only in the room, corridor was the same. Bathroom very old style, toilet and bathroom drain lines were blocked, water didnt drain. A maintenance guy came to fix it. They dont clean carpets, dirty. Staff didnt know english, difficult to comminicate. There is no good restaurants or cafees around the hotel. You must walk 10 minutes to go to cafees street.

We spent a week at the hotel, and unfortunately, our experience was less than satisfactory. The staff seemed unfriendly, rarely offering greetings, and even when we initiated a greeting, they often ignored us. The carpets in the hotel were stained, and our room did not have a mini bar as advertised, but rather an "empty" mini fridge. We found only a couple of coffee sachets with no sugar. Despite requesting sugar, we were provided with only two sachets on the first day, and our subsequent requests were ignored, forcing us to purchase it ourselves from a supermarket. Furthermore, there were no spoons, stirrers, or similar items in the room, necessitating another trip to the store. Surprisingly, there was no milk available, making it inconvenient for those who prefer not to have black coffee or tea. The complimentary basket contained only two tea sachets, one green and the other black. I utilized a glass to dissolve medicine in water during my stay, but regrettably, the glass was never cleaned afterward. Overall, our stay was marked by various inconveniences that detracted from the enjoyment of our time at the hotel. The experience didn't align with the expectations of a 5-star hotel; it felt more like a 3-star accommodation. As a result, I am reluctant to consider staying at a Ramada hotel in the future.

Hope that the rest staff improve their English as the man that coordinate the boarding and moving with shuttle buses. As well a small renovation in the rooms should bring completely balance between price and facilities.

We liked so much the location and the view to the river from our room. As well as that shuttle bus it was so convenience for our business trip. A nice buffet awaiting for us every afternoon at the time our return from Canton Fair. The man who was responsible for our movement with the shuttle bus speaks perfectly English. The neighbor has amazing original Chinese restaurants.... do not miss them!
