We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Good value for money. Although the facilities are not brand new, they function well. Very good location, it's very close to Pudong Airport, and very close to Metro Line 2, so it is well connected to the airport and the city. The is a big shopping mall nearby and there are plenty shops, cafes, restaurants, etc.

Great location, next to a shopping mall complex and metro station. Has a lot of place to shop and eat within walking distance. Short driving distance to the pudong airport. The room is spacious and clean, very comfortable to stay in.

LatviaI didn't use this hotel since since covid started in the end of 2019 and now came back with very good memories but was a bit disappointed. Looks as they are not recovered completely after hard covid times. Everything looks not clean enough, dusty, tobacco smell in many places, very pure heating. Feeling like as reception and breakfast areas are not heated at all.
Good location if you have a flight next morning from Pudong airport or just arrived and do not want to move further. Just 15-20min driving by taxi from/to the airport. One hour and about 200RMB taxi trip to Hongqiao train station. Good shopping center with many different and nice Chinese restaurants.

EcuadorI paid for an executive room in the 15th floor. When I checked the room, I noticed the drain of the shower was broken. They changed me from the 15th to the 5th and put me in a room for handicapped people. They tried to charge me the amount as for the executive, and when I complained they reduced my rate in 150RMB.
Nothing. It is not a hotel for western people.
