Ask for non-smoking room...but still can smell the smoke especially at the corridor. The room is quite clean, but it's time to do the renovation. Unpleasant odor in the room. Upon entering, a strong, stale odor hits me. If we add an additional 200~300++, we can stay at a 5 star hotel. We are staying here because it is convenient for public transportation only.

China is not geared for English speaking tourists. However, most people had a translator App on their phones and were very ready to help me/us when we needed it.

This hotel is directly in front of a subway entrance. The subway system has 11 tracks that are named in English as well as Chinese. By carrying a subway map i could always find my way back to the hotel.

Very nice and luxurious hotel with all the amenities you would expect from hotel of this rating. It is practically 50m from Zhuzilin metro station. I had a great stay there. It is also reasonably priced

The room was pretty basic, the hotel room and facilities were dated. It appeared to be a pretty old hotel that is being maintained but not updated. The bathroom shower was too small to be comfortable.

Water not especially hot sometimes, the decor may be starting to look a bit old. Not cheap either, and no breakfast included in rate. Otherwise, a good option.

Excellent location with easy access to CBD and Nanshan, and beautiful park nearby. Nice pool and gym, very comfortable. Huge room, amazing view, comfortable bed and bathtub.

This was a very good and reasonably prices hotel. Very modern, clean and good amenities. It is located 40m away from MTR station , but the location is rather in a residential area with limited access to shopping centers, cafés and good restaurants.

The staff is super nice and cooperative. The hotel is quite old but maintained quite well. There are many facilities such as swimming pool, large gym and yoga room. Very clean.

I thought booking executive would mean a good quality room. Instead it was smelly and damp and always water inside on the floor, walls and in the air. I'm very shocked and everything I own smells very bad! I am very disappointed!! Dirty, smelly and mouldy! 😤😤

The breakfast was very nice and the evening lounge where there were free drinks and canapés. The location isn't bad either.
