Beautiful and convenient little town next to the entrance of Zhangjiajie National Park. We enjoyed the local cuisine at this hotel as well as at the restaurant next door. The hosts were so helpful and kind: booked our park tickets for us, shuttled us to the park, and gave us a little gift when checking out.

Navigating Zhangjiajie national park can be overwhelming but thanks to the wonderful staff, we managed to have a great time. We enjoyed our stay. -- The address in Google Maps is NOT the correct one.

Nothing to complain about at all. We usually like a fridge in the room but they gave us cold bottled water from their fridge every day.

Excellent location for the National Park (Avatar Mountains) and the other attractions easily reached by taxi. Excellent staff, Ming, Chao, and Jun were really helpful and accommodating. Ming spoke excellent English, which was very helpful. He was an excellent guide for our first day in the park which was invaluable. He also gave excellent advice on visiting the other attractions and booking the taxis. The room was very comfortable with an excellent view from the balcony. The pool was lovely. Highly recommend staying here. It was so helpful that they booked all the tickets for us in advance for early entry to avoid any queuing. The nearby local shop useful for snacks. The hotel restaurant really good and catered well for vegetarians.

This stretch of the park is pretty isolated and it can be hard to book a taxi using Didi Be aware that breakfast is not included in the rate We asked if we could have dinner at the property but they directed us to the nearest restaurants (very few in the area) even if we saw other guests having dinner over there

Great hospitality and flexibility. Great room and amazing view. Fantastic breakfast. The location is super strategic to visit the Zhangjiajie park and is surrounded by few restaurants and small shops. The staff also briefed us on the best way to enjoy the park based on our two day stay. They also helped us with the booking. On the day of checkout we were planning a hike before catching our flight. They were so kind they let us use the showers later in the day before heading to the airport. I highly recommend Nvue. If I visit the park again I would make sure to get a room there.

The staff was exceptionally helpful. They assisted us booking the tickets to the various nature parks of this region and were always eager to help and plan a nice journey in the parks. The food was also great and the bathtub on the balcony is a nice addition to the beautiful room.

the rooms need a little renovation

The location is very good if you want to visit Zhangjiajie National Park and escape the big queue at the park. The rooms are big. Breakfast is decent for us (from europe), it is a combination between the local food and international food on the breakfast. Also the restaurant has good food at reasonable price. And the people at the receptions are very friendly and help you with a lot of things (tickets , taxi, advices )

The hotel is located at the top of a mountain, offering great views and a peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle. While it’s a bit of a journey to get up and down, using Didi makes it convenient.

The hotel is very clean, with a comfortable bed, pillow, and toilet. The hairdryer works well, and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. They’re knowledgeable about the area and happy to help with itinerary planning—do ask them for tips if you need!

The location is wonderful. Hotel is located in very beautiful place in Zhangjiajie. Also staff there very helpful. Our guide Mr. Ming arranged tours for us. We decided where we wanted more and then he guided us.

The bathroom could be a bit cleaner. Walls and toilet can do with a deep clean.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy. The hotel is located in a quiet area and the views are amazing. We had a couple of dinners in the hotel and the food was very tasteful. Good coffee at breakfast.

The staff at this hotel were all exceptional. They were so helpful in creating an itinerary that best fitted our time! They were always available to answer questions and provided maps with detailed instructions that made traveling in the national park seamless! They were also very helpful in booking tickets and transportation as needed. The breakfast and restaurant food was also very good. We had a wonderful stay and would come back! The hotel room accomadtions were great for their value and the view from the property is exceptional!! Location is great and is a ~10 min walk to the National Park!
