This was a lovely hotel, beautifully decorated. The host was very helpful and helped us plan and book tickets for our excursions to Zhangjiajie and Tianmen Mountain (via a translation app).

If you are talking about the shower might be a little short like in most places in China.

The room was bigger than expected and the staff is the most kind and helpful people I have ever met! Wonderfully helpful. Booked everything for us and sat with us for as long as we needed to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. I wish we had time to stay longer.

We stayed there for 4 nights. The location was great, conveniently situated near everything we needed. Public transport, taxis and shopping centres were easily accessible, and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommend.

The hotel was decorated in a very beautiful way, the owners very nice and helpful and the service great. We would like to come back and stay longer.

The toilet is the traditional Chinese toilet (on the ground) so you have to squat to use it which is a bit uncomfortable, which was a surprise but it is not shown in the pictures.

Nice staff and spacious suite. Fresh water provided every day and we could wash our clothes for free.

They have and excelent service, always very helpful. We love our stay. Si buscas el mejor lugar, este es. The owner help us with tickets for the parks and arrange a driver to pick as up at the airport, we definitely will recomend this hotel.

Staff is so nice and polite, they helped us for the visit to the National Park, moved us in a better room for free and gave us extra blankets. They have a translator for speaking in english so no problem for the communication. Super place to stay 🧡

Although the owners can't speak English but we communicate very well through the translator. Very lovely couple, would help us with everything we requested. What I'm really touch was you found a puppy (a week old?) in a garbage and took the puppy home and took really good care of the puppy. Lovely couple!

The owner of this hotel are so nice, the guy lend me money because i had a problem with my wechat and alipay. And the girl offered me to do my laundry i know thats too much. Thats why i just asked her to help me to operate their washer so i can just do it on my own. They are so nice, if im going to go back in zhangjiajie, i will stay in their hotel for sure.

No heating - shower is heated but the room can get very cold.

Amazing hospitality and hosts - cozy room. If you are out late (past midnight) you need to let the hosts know to let you back in but they are very accommodating
