Difficult to get a reservation. I come often to Bucaramanga and was not able to book a room since several years. This time I was lucky enough to get a reservation. I recommend to book with enough time.

Beautiful country club. The facilities are superb. Golf court where you could play or just walk, tennis courts, sauna, Spa, gym, swimming pool, playground for children. Three restaurants, nice gardens.

I enjoyed breakfast very much ( super delicious), the restaurant offers a great variety of menu items, the waiters were great, specially Jose. Also fitness facilities were clean, spacious and luxurious. The room was very comfortable, quiet with wonderful views to the golf course . My whole family can’t wait to go back .

everything was great except our first night the hotel’s facilities including all the restaurants closed early that day and they didn’t give us any notice! they have no room service we were starving and when we asked the gentleman at the front desk which restaurant outside the hotel he could recommend us he just told us to get a taxi and ask the taxi driver because he was new to the city.

this property is very nice the golf course is beautiful. the room was very comfortable, modern and clean with a beautiful view of the golf course and mountains. the included breakfast was excellent.

Great recreational facility. Golf, tennis, pool, squash, spa etc…Outstanding staff with top notch empowered customer service. Alex was very helpful in sorting out a problem (our mistake) with golf club rental. Very nice gym and group classes. Alexander’s am spin class was great. Nice breakfast. Look forward to returning!

I didn't like when housekeeping entered my room and cleaned without my permission. They threw my medicine away and I wasn't even offered anything to make up for it. This was my only issue as everything else was great.

Amazing location, friendly staff and very attentive. Golf course was beautiful and the pool and lounge areas were perfect. I would love to go back every few months.

The A/C didn't work the first night. It did get fixed the following day, even though it was a Sunday.

Excellent breakfast, with lots of choices. The restaurant (Terraza) is closed for maintenance on Mondays, so breakfast is upstairs - although the service provided by the waiters was great, there is no buffet per se. The massages are very good, and they are provided in separate spas for ladies/gentlemen. The pool is very good, and the drinks were very good (excellent Gin & Tonics), but there is no food available by the pool (only in the restaurant (Terraza).

Be aware that the hotel rooms don't have double glazed windows, so the noise can be really bad. It's common they offer private parties that go until 2 or more in the morning, so you won't be able to sleep at all. We got offered a spare bedroom on the lower floor at midnight and somehow helped, but it was a real nuisance. The playground should include some options for smaller babies (protected swings).

The food offer is very good, with big portions and variety. The pool and sports facilities are great The staff is very friendly and helpful

Parties until 2am did not allow for a good sleep. Also cutting grass and blowing grass at 4am just outside the guest rooms is unacceptable.

Everything about Club Campestre is a five star but if you cannot sleep you must give it a one star.

The hotel did not have coordination with reservation, I was refused to paly golf upon my arrival, they said nobody can play after 4:00pm I was assigned room # 410 and I could see people teeing off of Tee #1. Go figure! They also told me I could not play gold on Wednesday because the people participating on the next tournament were practicing, go figure again, I am very dissapointed at this place.
