Very pleasant staff and very good check in but Martha. Our room was quiet and a good size. The hotel was on a quiet street and very close to many restaurants and cafes. Breakfast served on top terrace was a good size. A variety for breakfast fresh fruit and juice.

Ms Martha and her staff were absolutely fantastic, friendly and helpful at all times. The location is very good, in Getsemaní on a quiet street but very close to the main restaruant and bar area. Being on a quieter street made sleeping easier. There is good AC and fan in the room so again it was comfortable to sleep. Everything was spotlessly clean and towels changed every day.

tried contacting them ahead of our arrival and never received an answer. due to the location of our room, we had no internet access while in it. the main electrical socket in the room was very loose and made charging things difficult.

exc location! right in the middle of the main tourist areas, everything can be reached within a short walk, or a 15-20min walk tops. the breakfast it included was great. room had a/c.

Great location, a couple street away from the bustling heart of Getasmani. All we wanted was a quiet sleep with air conditioning and this place delivered! The receptionist help set up our bus to Santa Marta the next day.

The hotel is located very close to the center of Cartagena - everything is in a walk distance. The lady on the reception was very kind and really very helpful - not only that she showed us where to go and what to visit, she also helped us to solve issue with bus tickets. We appreciated it very much.

room was small and there was a strange smell. there was no bedside table or lamp. No window in the bathroom just open grating to roof Terrance and cats were making a lot of noise there. The roof terrace was bare and ugly.

The comfort and cleanness. The price we paid didn’t adjust to what we got. We stayed in another hotel in the city centre for half of the price we paid in this hotel and the rooms where about the same. It is just a Cartagena’s issue of not standardising the prices and charging a lot for things that are not worth it that money. I don’t mind to pay a high price but was expecting a better value for money.

The bathroom walls must be very thin because we could hear our neighbors as if they were in the room with us. This only happened in the bathroom though.
