Positive section of review
I am very conflicted about this accommodation. From the positive side, it was relatively cheap for 4 people to stay one night in Limassol. Just what we wanted, we did not go around much exploring the location and the beach in this particular neighbourhood because we already had plans. There was an electric kettle and TV, ac was working well, we struggled a bit to find the switch for the living room ac, but later did find it. Overall it was okay for us. Did not see cocroaches.

So let's start that the building looks like an abandoned and ruined building from the outside, honestly like from a horror movie. I would be afraid to walk there alone. There is trash everywhere and it stinks. Once you get to the flat it actually ir surprisingly good. The flat was dirty, there were hairs all around, even on bedsheets, small pieces of broken glass/hard plastic(?)around the living room, dirt in the shower, crumbs on the chairs and sofa etc. You can definitely see that the place had not been even swept through before us. The bedsheets were okay though. And then random stuff - there was quite a big hole in the floor under the bathroom cabinet, it was fully open to outside and you could see the trash from outside through it, we packed it closed because we were not comfortable with what bugs could climb through there. There were incense sticks burned in the kitchen (what was left of them was sticking from the backside of the cabinets to the hall with burn marks on the wall). And the contact for electricity was fixed to the wall in its plastic packaging. Overall weird. The place served us okay as we were there only for one night, the ac was working well and if you can put up with the rest, it will be okay for you.

The hostel has the perfect location and a great atmosphere. You are right in the centre, right next to the beach, very close to the centre, all the restaurants, shops and everything you need is in walking distance. At the property you have all the amenities you need, fridge, stove to cook meals, lots of tables, designated smoking area, washing machines for 3€, a variety of games and a very cute interior yard to chill. We also had AC in the room which was a huge deal.

Positive section of review
The host is very sweet and responds quickly. We had not read the check in times and the host got it sorted out very fast with sending us instructions and leaving us the key so we could get inside. The flat was very comfortable and cozy, the AC was working and generally clean. It is a decent ride away from the city but a good option for a cheaper stay if you have a car. We parked our car right across the accommodation by the road.

I am very conflicted about this place because it was beautiful and all, but my most important factor when choosing an accommodation is cocroaches. If there is any information in reviews about roaches or bed bugs, I am not choosing that place. So for people like me, beware, THERE ARE COCROACHES living in the shower and under the bathroom cabinet. The shower door mechanism is not cleaned properly, and when we moved the shower door (which was a bit stuck, so my guess is that most people don't move them), the roaches started sprinting. I spent about 3 hours in the night washing them out of the door mechanism, washing away about 16 of them or more. A couple got away. And still after that, I could not get myself to go get showered. We arrived very late, so I texted the owner in the morning, he/she apologised and thanked for the information, said that the pest control had been there last week and that no other guests had complained after that. So this is an ongoing problem. I feel for the owner as I had delt with roaches before. But the hosts have to rip out the shower mechanism and change it to a simpler one and get the cabinet off the floor so no more place for the roaches to hide. Before they do that, they are not getting rid of them. The rest of the room was clean and cozy. Did not see roaches in the kitchen or anywhere else but the bathroom.

Positive section of review
This is 2nd time we are staying i St. Lazaros Studios 2. The location is great, 5-7mins to the beach. Markets, stores, souvenir shops are close to the location. There is free parking place near the building. On the rooftop very cozy for evenings. The staff is very friendly and nice! We had a little issue with the room, but the Administrator solved it during very short time. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

The place is clean, the AC is working, the location is very central to the shops and bars. Each time we left, we could find a place to park the car on the street. Instructions were clear and the stay was a pleasant one. Can recommend.

The included wine bottle is a really small one. 😁 Other than that we were on the ground floor so there were people passing by regularly therefore changing and walking around the flat in somewhat less clothing had to be coordinated with the closing of blinds.

It was an okay price to stay for one night. The TV was working and did not see any bugs or cocroaches. The personnel was friendly and you can arrive at any time of the day.

Oh boy...Well honestly this place is clearly targeted towards men who want to be in the company of women for a couple of hours (if you know what I mean). When we got there, the refrigerator was turned off so untill it started normally cooling we already had to leave. The rooms reek of cigarettes, there were 2 ashtrays: one on the bedside table (by THE BED), other on the other side of room even though the room had a terrace. That in itself is a hazard, a tragedy waiting to happen. But still there were cigarette burns on both of the tables and on other furniture in the room, even on the mirror frame. There were pubic hairs on the face towel and it was dirty with grey stains. Most of the towels had visible stains on them. The bedsheets had yellow stains on them and there were multiple hairs in the bed. And the icing on the cake - when we turned on the TV it was adult content full on action. Haha. We talked with the personnel, went out for an hour and they changed all the towels and bedsheets, so they were okay afterwards. When we came back we did see the general audience for these rooms arriving. Honestly this was an experience to look back on. Sadly the pictures are on my husband's phone and I am too lazy now to ask for them.

The hum and howling of dogs all day long that don't let us sleep or rest. Impossible to be alone with nature not to mention super stressful for both us and our doggie. Sleeping and resting is impossible. My head is splitting, I wanted to leave earlier, good thing we took one night.
