Gonzales was very friendly and nice ! When booking cancelled our room somewhere else, we really didn’t had a place to stay, and he did everything to help us , and even drove us with his bike to the place, because there wasn’t any taxi or Uber! The place was also very nice, we loved in general our stay at Indalo! We will forever be grateful and definitely come back!

The room and bathroom were very large and nice! The pool was great for cooling off and the owner was very, very nice! We were able to leave our luggage safely in the hotel before check-in and after check-out! The hotel is quiet but very central and a 5 minute walk to the center! Thanks for everything!

There was no one on the reception, but they communicated everything via whatsup, so okey.

We liked the room, it was bright, big, the bathroom on the back of the room. The pool was all rigt, nice to seat around. Great soda Lidia's place just near by. We would stay again.

The room is lovely and big. The owner is very very helpful and super friendly! He answerer via whatsapp at late night on every question. He gave us good tips where to eat where to go in the area and from what to avoid! Top personality!

Indalo Hotel is a family business and hotel is located in the center of Puerto Viejo, so you have walking distance to shops and restaurants. We have very good contact with the owner prior our arrival. Staff was very helpful during our stay. The room is really spacious and comfortable (with air-condition). Hotel provide access to the pool and quite zone.

The place was very clean, near to the center just a short walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The staff were very polite and friendly. When my friend and I arrived to the hotel the room A/C was not working well but the girl that was in reception noticed it and fixed it inmediately also she gave us two drinks for the issue.

Everything. The location was perfect. Really quiet down a small road but only a few minutes walk into the centre and all the restaurants. Felt very safe area and the room was quiet and really big. It was lovely to have the pool to dip into. We were room 12 which had no one walking past and could step right into the pool from it. Thought it was excellent value for money.

The property is just beautiful. It’s quiet and peaceful and there are huge trees with wildlife all around the property. The gardens are beautiful and exceptionally well kept.

The couple that own this property is very gracious. They are very kind and accommodating with knowledge of the area for those who need it.
