The quality of breakfast. And they did not replace the food sometimes. I had a technical issue in the room and it I had to call several times for the maintenance to come.

Hot water, you have to let it run for a long time before it gets hot. Water is scarce on Cape Verde so it feels like a waste of water

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was very tasty. We could leave our luggage in the storage till the evening.

Do not use the airport transfer the hotel offers, its way more expensive than just taking a taxi at the airport. Do not expect a lot from the Wifi. Sometimes it works, sometimes not

It's a quite decent hotel, a bit worn down but fine to stay for a night.

No wifi in the room. No view outside from our room.

First, the location of the hotel in Praia is great, it's in a pretty and lively street surrounded by bars and nice restaurants. Second, I must say that the staff of the hotel was extremely nice and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by the very high quality of the bed. Overall, it's a great place that is more than worth the relatively low price (we could only stay one night).

It was our second visit to the hotel. They have changed things a little bit from the pictures on the website. We missed the portraits in each room that were themes for each famous singer. But the staff was very friendly. They could use a little bit of coaching for western clients don’t charge for every bottle of water. Don’t try to take advantage and use a taxi service that is more expensive. Help your clients and we will tip you better.

The air conditioning didn't cool my room as much as I would have liked.

The toilet wouldn't flush properly. The WiFi in the room is poor. The TV didn't work but they changed the remote quickly when asked. The shower door wouldn't close properly as it is has been made as a cubicle but using a proper glass door with handle. The packed lunch breakfast is poor value.

The bed was a little bit uncomfortable, there was a lot of noise outside (and the doors and windows didn’t stop it) and the light at the bathroom was very poor. Basic breakfast.

Good location, very fast wifi connection and very kind staff. The room was very clean and the air conditionig worked perfectly. The shampoo and shower gel had a very good smell.

If you need to work or rest during the day, avoid staying at room 103. There's a loud exhaust fan that runs all day. After complaining, I was moved to another room so that's good. Wifi not great (at least in some rooms)
