The shared pool had no water in it. We were not told this before we arrived. The nearest shared pool with water was 5 minute walk away, and had no sunbeds or chairs for everyone to use, so my mother could not sit and watch the kids in the pool. The local supermarket prices were astronomical!!! Soooooooooo expensive it was ridiculous. Strawberries which were 2,50 euros in the supermarket in a nearby town were 12,50 euros in the Aphrodite Hills supermarket. Amazing mark up! The place was very noisy.....could always hear some chainsaw or leaf blower, trucks doing construction or drills going. We could hear the angle grinder of the maintenance men in the pool or hammers hammering away. Not very relaxing for a holiday at all. Our apartment had a large shutter missing from the bedroom, and there was no curtain inside, so it was bright in the evening from the neighbours balcony which they left on and in the morning the sunlight streamed in so we could not lie in. We asked it to be fixed but it was not during our stay. It would be useful to know in advance that the apartment would not have kitchen roll, salt, pepper, bin bags etc......the basics. For a 5 star resort, it did not feel 5 star.

Beautiful gardens and plants. The childrens playground was great fun and the football for the kids too was good. The apartment was a good size and parking was very close to the front door which was brilliant.

The bedroom was too small for the bed, not enough room to walk round the bed on both sides. Hot water only if you remembered to switch the booster on as the solar panel wasn’t enough for two showers. Also we were not informed when we booked that if we exceeded our allotted electricity amount we would be charged extra. They left a note in the apartment with the meter reading on it telling us. I understand that they didn’t want the aircon left on when the doors are open, but this is a ridiculous way to go about it, it is meant to be a 5 star resort!

Lovely views and close to the pool. We had an upstairs apartment with a wrap around terrace which was great for sun and shade. Sun beds were supplied and chairs, so very good.

some staff were amazing but one was totally unhelpful in helping us deal with some newly born kittens outside our property which needed help and dignity but we were made to feel like a nuisance by one uncaring member of staff

The booked for a 1 bedroom flat, and it seemed pretty comfortable and clean, but the hot water elements was broken, so after 3 hours of trying to have a shower with no result, the receptionist kindly took us to a larger 3 bedroom apartment at no extra cost. It wasn't anyone fault of course but it was a bit annoying having to re-pack all our things a 11pm and move to another place, especially since we were only going to be there for 2 nights. The 3 bedroom flat could've been cleaner, especially the bed spread, but I guess it wasn't expected to receive guests so I will give them the benefit of the doubt. All in all a pleasant short escape.

The apartment feels tired. The gardeners started noisy work at 8am on Saturday, luckily, we were awake, but some visitors might be not.

The outside area is beautiful, beds are comfortable, good kitchen equipment.

Bed....for a place like Aphrodite Hills...we had to sleep on the cushions of the couch which we placed on the floor due to the discomfort of the bed...

A car is needed in you plan to get around. Prices in supermarket and restaurants are quite high compared with places out of Aphrodite Hills.

Very spacious apartments with excelent pool in nice suburb. Great place for quite stay. Location is good to explore Paphos area.

Lack of welcome/info pack to say give bits of information such as wether cleaners were coming or not, WiFi on key ring, what to do with setting on the hot water etc. No info if checking in after office hours. Also no notification that the office closed early in winter- had to drive back to the security office to collect key.

It was generally clean and spacious. Had WiFi. Range of toiletries provided, good kitchen. Slippers
