Location of the hotel is amazing, just cross the road and there is a beach (anyway the beach is needed to be more cleaned), market and lots of restaurants are located close to the hotel. I took a sea view with a balcony apartment and the view was gorgeous, besides it, in the balcony starting from the afternoon was shadow, and you can fully enjoy it. The apartment is big and comfortable. I fully recommend.

The bathroom is very tiny: there is no space to change there.

The room looks exactly as in the photos. There is a small balcony that has a sea view, which we liked a lot. The communication with the host was very good and fast. There is air conditioning which works very well.

There were no utensils, cutlery, plates or cups so you had no choice but to go out and eat.

the location was amazing with a sea view, it is a literal stone throw from the beach and a street of nice bars, but it wasn't too noisy, and it was great value for money. The air-conditioning worked perfect, the bed was comfy and the shower worked as it should. I will definitely be booking again!

Kitchen is not equipped at all. We had to buy our own knife. There are no plates so eating there is almost impossible. It was written “microwave” on one of the shelves but it was missing. So please add some basic equipment to the kitchen.

The location was excellent, right near the beach and all the restaurants and shops. Beds were comfortable.

One bedroom apartment with kitchenette… but had 2 coffee cups for use. Cupboard said microwave… but was empty. No glasses, cutlery crockery or cooking utensils. We bought glasses and left them. Towels were spotlessly clean… but sone a little tattered and bleach stained.

The room is fitted with a kitchenette - 2 plate stove, sink, fridge and space for a microwave. There were however NO utensils, cutlery, pots, pans, dishes or plates. Only a kettle, 2 glass tumblers, coffee mugs and tea spoons. The microwave itself had been removed. We found this strange and since we enjoy making light continental breakfasts, fruit and snacks we queried via the messaging platform but the response was very impersonal. arrogant and condescending. It appeared to be auto generated and was unsigned basically telling us that the room is not for cooking (even if in our view it clearly was at some stage in the past). Whilst the accommodation is advertised as a studio it would be nicer if they made it clear at the outset that it is only equipped with a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities.

There was no staff on premises and all communications were made via the Booking app. Although the hotel was prompt on it's obligations (providing entry codes, cleaning, sending the invoice etc on time) the whole communication was overall impersonal. I have no idea who I was talking to, I might as well have been talking to a chatbot with premade answers. I don't take away score points for that, but I would suggest them to incorporate more of the term "philoxenia" to their hospitality experience and give second thoughts before automatically rejecting logical guests' requests.

My stay at the Zodiac was overall good. The room was nicely renovated, with a comfortable bed and a nice & clean bathroom. The location was very good, right on the seashore, next to the castle and the old city and 1 block away from a taxi station (there should also be a bus station but during my stay the road was semi-closed). The room had see view, though on "Kataklysmos" celebration the coastal road is full of tents selling staff (like in a bazaar) and lots of people passing by.

Difficulty in communicating, no reception, abrupt not friendly responses if you send a message on booking or WhatsApp, had an issue with no thick curtains to protect the window first couple of nights, back and forth messages. Ended up to know it was washed, should have been done before checking in. Anyways, not the best hospitality experience

Nothing in the kitchen. I expected at least two plates and a fork and knife, but no. Everything else is excellent.

A beautiful room with a sea view, enough space, very clean. The location is great right on the Finicoudes beach. Small balcony with table and two chairs. It's often very windy so you need those big clothespins to secure your towels. No dark curtains on the balcony door so plenty of sun from sunrise to sunset. Free air-conditioning and good wi-fi. You have a kitchenette but no pots, plates or cutlery, only a kettle and two coffee cups. All in all a great room, everything is nearby.
