Everything was fantasfic. The villa was very clean in a great location with a great sandy beach and beach bar with music. There was enough equipment available in the villa, we also really liked that there was a drinking water machine. We will definitely come back.

Wifi is not working upstairs.

Was perfect stay. Vila was wonderfull. Spacious, clean (I can imagine how hard is to keep clean such a big house). Very nice garden, terace. Fully equiped kitchen (new pans, pots, dishwasher). Each room had a/c working fluently. Good quality furniture. Private parking place. Calm neighborhood. The best place we were staying in Cyprus. Really worth the price. Best luck!

Comfortable villa located in a quiet area of Paralimni. The villa is easily located on Google and Bolt maps using keywords villa nova paralimni. Nearby are two supermarkets and Malama Beach. There is a cozy courtyard around the villa itself. On the ground floor there is a large living room + kitchen and one bedroom with a comfortable desk. There are three bedrooms on the second floor. The villa has three bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped, there is even a water-fridge with a high-quality filter - no need to buy water in plastic bottles. New comfortable furniture, everything is very clean and cozy. The mattresses are not too soft and not too hard, just right.

I could not drink a good espresso without any coffee machines.

The garden is wonderful with exotic trees and bushes in wery good condition. The garden furniture is also perfect. The house is nice clean and big. The nearby beach was also cool and very near.

Beautiful villa, located in the nice area, with gorgeous garden. The house is big, very clean and very well equiped - especially the kitchen, you can find everything you need. Near the villa there is a very nice beach - at the beach there is a restaurant, WC, drinking water, and some toys for children. Contact with the owner was also very good, she also provided us with some recommendations about the nice places near by.

I think I found my "home.from home" property at the east coast of the island. The house was just perfect for our big family of six. Everything was well cleaned and maintained both in and outdoors. Linen and towels was of good quality. The kitchen was well equiped and we had anything we could possible ask for a comfortable stay. The location was super, juat 320 metres (my garmin told this 🙃😉) from "malama beach" one of the most beautiful beaches of rhe area, so you do not really need a pool🙂. Eleni was the perfect host as she was answering all my questions quickly, she was friendly and she made sure that the house was clean and beautiful for us when we arrived. I give her 10 from ten because she also had pins for recycling! Everything was just perfect and the property is much better than the photos. What I love most is that we had 3 bathrooms and that was super for our big family , we had both cold and hot drinking water so we did not have to buy all these plastic bottles and Oh God I adore that green sofa under the bergola where I was taking my breakfast everymorning after the aun rise. I will go back for sure!

There was nothing to not like.

We loved everything! The villa and the rooms are very spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the 3 bathrooms were perfect for 6 people. The garden was a great place to hang out for those waking up earlier than the others. Eleni was always quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. Within 5 minutes of walking: - The Malama beach with its lovely mermaid; - Best Buy supermarket; - Tasty icecream vendor. The Villa Nova was the perfect home throughout our vacation!

It's not a specific problem of Villa Nova, it's more like a Cyprus problem. The cold water is stored in the tank on the roof right next to the tank for hot water, which is heated by the solar panel. During the sunny days, the sun heats the water, so it's no longer cold, it's warm. So, if you want a cold shower in the middle of a hot day, you're out of luck. I think it won't be an issue during the colder time of the year.

The house is nice, big. There are a kitchen and a dining room on the ground floor along with one bedroom (the only bedroom with a writing desk). There's a terrace in the back yard with armchairs and a sofa. The kitchen had almost everything we needed to cook. The only thing we were missing was a potato masher. The second floor has three separate bedrooms. One has a balcony; one has its own bathroom. There are washing machine and a dryer near the stair. There are two nice beaches, where you can walk within 5-10 minutes. You can find sunbeds, sunmats, and umbrellas, that can be taken to the sea, so you won't have to rent them there (but it would be nice to ask the owner first). Me and my wife stayed here with our two children and their grandpa; everyone loved the place.

Nothing not to like. Just maybe the walls could be repainted soon, having a basic nespresso (or similar) machine could be a nice touch. I would probably replace the frying pans, as the teflon cover has worn out.

The house is nicely furnished and clean. It is located in a quite area, surrounded by other villas and the cars pass by only rarely, mostly to get to some of the neighborhood villas, I believe, practically no pass by traffic. There is a nice garden and a place to sit outside with comfortable sofa and arm chairs. Kitchen well equipped, including dishwasher and there is a barbecue outside that you can use to cook. The rooms are well equipped as well and all the 3 bedrooms located upstairs are equally sized and comfortable, which is good for a big company. The bedroom downstairs features an office table and a chair - came handy to us. Air-conditioning available in all rooms including downstairs. Closest beach is Malama, within 5 minutes walk, and the beach itself is really nice, with a water sport station and turtles. The area around is quite and comfortable at the same time. A street with a few restaurants and a decent supermarket is in 10 minutes walk.

The beds could be more comfortable - there are spring mattresses. We missed the vacuum cleaner but it is not something big at all... :)

We loved the place, near the beach and other nice beaches and it is also close to the restaurants and shops. We loved the furniture outside the kitchen - very comfortable. We also did barbecue. The villa is clean and nice, very spacious and kitchen very well equipped.

Great location! beautiful beach nearby, supermarket, cafe. Villa is new and comfortable, everything is provided. We were taken care of in everything, it's very nice!
