Hard steps to go upstairs, sun terrace unsuitable for children due to potential to fall between gaps. A little too far to walk into Protaras and back with children, so had to hire 2 rental vehicles/organise taxis.

Very spacious and clean with good facilities. Nice outdoor area with TV. Free WiFi included and pool heated on request albeit at an additional charge.

Frogs singing at night sky, but it became relaxing!!

This establishment offers a delightful stay with no room for regret. It serves as a wonderful retreat. While the March weather is pleasant, the pool tends to be cool; however, guests have the option to heat it at an additional cost, although none in our party opted for this amenity. Priced at approximately 420 euro for 7 days I believe , the location is excellent. It is advisable to have a vehicle for convenient exploration or to rent a quad. The actual experience of the place exceeds the expectations set by the promotional media.

A better bbq would have been a bonus.

So spacious with little areas to sit in the shade or sun. Fantastic pool which my grandson enjoyed all day. Lovely views of the coast particularly from the roof terrace. We loved having a television outside which tended to be used to watch sport with a beer by my sons. Large downstairs with comfy area for lounging. Spacious 4 bedrooms in the main house with the two in the annexe great for my daughter, partner and her two young boys for some privacy. We hired cars which gave us the freedom to enjoy time at the beach and then to enjoy coming back to this fantastic villa. We were in Cyprus for my sons wedding, this villa added to the experience and we had a wonderful week. A couple of small problems, after a phone call they were sorted out promptly by a visit from Imagine Villas maintenance staff.

We had an amazing stay at the villa. We were a large group but the villa felt extremely spacious. We can't thank Andreas enough who arranged transfer from the airport for our villa and for family staying in a nearby villa. He arranged transport for us for the whole week and helped with any general enquiries we had.

Nothing really to complain about, if I had to pick something it would be maybe softer mattresses .

The villa was stunning and exceptionally clean. The views over to the sea made it for me. we hired a car and also quads to get about as it is would be about a 20minutes walk each way to Protaras.

The four bed Villa is amazing, Location perfect for a quiet holiday, The Villa itself is spotless and the pool is top class. As other reviews said the views can't be beaten, The host Zoe was more than helpful with taking a call after hours to help with finding the Villa Also called in the next day to see if everything was ok and arranged a late checkout. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing. It suited our needs and everyone had fun.

The facilities were perfect for our group. Lots to keep adults and children occupied. Very high specification. Table tennis was lots of fun. BBQ facilities and kitchen suited our needs - larger fridge would have been perfect but no complaints. Staff were attentive and even went the extra mile when we had TV and wardrobe issue - managed to get the football on for us!

A big disappointment after arriving at the villa was finding that two of our friends must sleep on inflatable beds. We knew there were only 4 bedrooms, but we hoped there would be extra beds or a folding couch. (After an agreement with the hosts, they brought us two folding beds.) Also basic things were missing e.g salt, washing gel, trash bags. One of the outdoor lights worked only occasionally, most of the time it was flashing like a party, but that’s just a small thing.

We had really good time in the villa. The view of the sea from the terrace will never bore you! Also it is not that far away from towns and beaches. As a big group of young people we can very much recommend it.

the lack of kitchen utensils, there are no pots / pans to cook veg in and the kettle and coffee machine are tired and worked intermitently.

The location was brilliant, close to everything with stunning views but not overlooked.

The villa was not as clean as we would like - some bathroom were clogged, cigarette butts in the front porch and around the pool, very dirty sheet in some of the wordrobes forgotten after previous people who stayed there, under the beds was dirty, windows and terraces as well.

The property is very very nice, huge villa, the pool was nice and it got cleaned in the middle of our stay. The stuff was very nice and tried to meet our expectations. Close to the town but still a little bid distant and quite.

Needs urgently to: - Change beds - very uncomfortable and cheap materials. - Need to spend a little to install external shutters to the windows, since when the sun rises the bedrooms become flooded with sun! This could be 5:30 am! - Need to adjust the timers for the airconditions, since after 6 hours during the night the go off. So you need to wake up and switch them on again, run all over the bedrooms of the kids to do the same also! - Booked the villa shown in the main photos with lot more facilities, but eventually we found that the same booking page is for 2 villas, one of 4 bdrms and one 6, but it's not clear in the main page.

Nice and comfortable during the day, with quite surroundings for those who need privacy and relaxation!

the staff are disgusting. we was massively lied to about our stay. they pretend to be nice and as soon as you’ve payed and you get there they just leave you. they promised us we could either have late check out or have our bags collected. they did neither and instead we had to carry our bags around with us all day in the heat.

photos are massively exaggerated, pool table was very old couldn’t really have a proper game on it. the ping pong table had the worst balls ever also couldn’t play on it. bbq was tiny and also extremely old, could cook maybe 2 burgers on it at a time. location was at the top of a massive hill was a big struggle to walk to back from the shops.

There was a very big confusion as to the property rented. Apparently, the post for the Villa had multiple units and there was no clarity as to the reserved unit. We loved the house that we booked (6 bedroom), but apparently that was not the one we had reserved and this caused a lot of frustration. But it is worthy to mention that the agent did her best to accommodate us in a different holiday home more suitable for our requirements.

The person in charge of leasing the property was very helpful and the units available were cleaned thoroughly and had the amenities as listed.
