BulgariaThe toilet seat was obviously not the right size for the monoblock itself. It was quite uncomfortable. The bunk beds were not in good condition. The ladder was very uncomfortable and was visibly not the original ladder for those bunk beds.
The balcony was one of the greatest benefits of the place. Very comfortable, sunny and spacious. The place was clean and well maintained.

United KingdomThey had to charge the Air-conditioning but it was not stated on the hotel advertisement. On the hotel facilities says Air-conditioning is included. However, upon arrival I was told that Air-conditioning is extra cost which is €10 a day. Very disappointed on that issue. Therefore, they need to be clear in future so that it doesn't cost any misunderstanding.

No one is available to assist you if you need something after 11 p.m. or if you accidently lock your key inside your room because there is no reception for 24 hours. I advise you to avoid from approaching the employees more than once for assistance; doing so could make them irate and cause them to send you lengthy texts accusing you of terrorizing them for basic assistance. I experienced that, and the hotel owner wished for us to check out. Since it was our last day, we didn't want to waste any time, and the owner apparently decided not to insist on kicking us out just because I asked for an iron the previous two days but nobody was available, so I had to wait 1 and a half hours. When you travel to such destinations, you don't stay in the hotel for very long; instead, you go to the beach, return, get dressed for dinner, and then set out to explore. For me it was disappointing that I had to wait . If I knew that staff didn't stay as they told us I would ask for the help beforehand but no one said that to us. It's not the costumers fault if you don't have enough staff.
Location is good. Not expensive. In general staff was friendly and helpful

RomaniaThe walls, I mean you can hear everything from anywhere. I had an ant problem but the staff gave me a bug spray so that was resolved quickly. The room needs some renovating and maybe a new cabinet in the bathroom needs to be replaced.
The location is very good, is very close to the restaurants and the bar street. Sandy bay is only 15 minutes away by walking, Nissi is around 30 minutes. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

No cleaning if u stay less than 4 nights, and they did not mention before you book that u should pay 100 euros as a deposit.

SerbiaThere was no balcony so it was little difficult to dry towels. Also, neighbours in surrounding rooms were mostly young teenagers so it was really loud in the evening until morning... also, no adapters in the room..
Fantastic location, near the bus stop. Big room and good value for money. We could leave our baggage at the reception after check out, as our flight was really late in the evening. Staff was really helpful and nice! I would recommend.

CyprusI didn't like the fact that the AC would cost an additional 7 euro per night on top of the room. Also several facilities were not working properly. The TV was burnt, the toilet flush was getting stuck and the bathroom knob was coming off. Now while you're paying a damage deposit upon arrival and the room to already have damages can make one person worry. Also you could hear everything that was happening in the hallway. The WiFi was impossible to connect to
It was very clean and generally speaking good value for money. Which for us was the most important thing at that price point. Of course you get what you pay for but I expected a bit more

Ukraine- One mattress in twin bedroom was old and really uncomfortable. - Toilet flashes poorly. - There is the bar in the opposite side of the street where they have live concerts every day until midnight. Closing windows won’t help.
