Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very pleasant hotel! Neat and clean rooms, spacious terrace! We had breakfast and dinner, and every evening there was something for everyone. It was delicious. The staff is very friendly. Recommendation for this hotel in terms of quality and price, and especially the location is grateful.🤗The hotel has its own private parking, which is a big plus.

Fresh vegetables at breakfast were very dry. Breakfast plates had a STRONG egg smell.
Great location which made walking around the main area very accessible. Secure parking lot for our car, and a short drive to Nissi Beach, the sculpture park, & Protaras etc. Spacious dining area in the breakfast room. Great communication from reception staff, thanks Dimitra!

Small bathroom but ok Breakfast almost the same every day Coffee at the machine was just instant coffee
Comfortable bed Good AC Resonable and fair prices in the restaurant for drinks - 5 euro for one cocktail and they were good. Enough options for dinner, the food was ok Clean, they changed towels daily and cleaned the room daily.

I had an issue regarding the checkout modification and it wasn’t solved professionally and I didn’t expect such behavior.
Location is very good. The dinner buffet in the restaurant is awesome and not expensive.

The room balcony is near the pool, in pool level. Therefore we could not leave anything in the balcony wirried it will be stolen.

The breakfast is the almost same all the day and it’s boring somehow, but still can find something delicious to eat. Also the swimming pool closes so early I think, about 5-6 o’clock
everything is so clean ( bathroom, pool, room and etc.) The lightest point of this hotel is its staff. everyone is very sociable, helpful and friendly. Also the location is perfect near the city center and 5-6 minutes away from the nice beach. Also there is the luggage room, where you can keep your things if you are about check out and still have a lot of time until the departure, so you can leave your bags there and go around the town.

The breakfast was at another hotel near but when we stayed, there was raining and we couldnt access the other hotel. ________________ A waitress in the hotel was urging the clients to go shop from the occupied Cyprus. The client then asked if it is safe to go and the woman insisted that is better to go from the Turkish side. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!
We liked the room, it was big and comfortable. Fortunately, there was a parking.
