The shower tap was a bit leaking. As the central air conditioner was mild, it would be good to provide a table fan free of deposit. Safety box in room would have been a great addition. We were given only a pair of thin pillows for the two of us. 2 more would have been perfect.

Great location with access to tram and bus. Kaufland and burger King were very closeby. Although the hotel was big, everything went just right for us this time including helpful staff. 9th floor room had great view. Free drinking water dispenser at the reception was a good add on. Breakfast was top class that included fried potatoes and boiled vegetables every day. Mini fridge was functional.

This hotel was ok but it was not a foot towel, only a garbage receipt! I'm not talking about some amenities, but something that should be in a hotel!

It was a bit cold during check in but they turned on the heating as soon as I asked. Furniture is a bit basic.

Room has everything and is really clean. Daily cleaning is provided at the request. Breakfast was really good and to my surprise changing slightly everyday which was very pleasent. At first, I did not have high expectations towards location but it was really well connected to the city center by different buses and trams. Overall, totally worth of money.

The lack of the air conditioner unit (my fault, didn't check when booked, but I didn't think it was missing in a 3-star hotel). Combined with 34 degrees, it was a bit fun without any...fan! Also, I found a tram ticket 4 years old between the wall and the fridge, where the dust is the king. A special attention to this aspect (around the fridges, under the beds) should be accorded at least twice in a month, just to keep the entire room clean. Reasonable waiting time to the elevators during the breakfast time, but it is a big hotel.

Location is very accessible by car, considering Prague a non car-friendly city . Also, a large parking is a plus. Friendly staff, good breakfast and spacious rooms, even if the massive furniture occupy almost the entire room. A mix feeling of a slightly renovated location and some old furniture. Coffee machine in the lobby. Good connection with city center, the tram station being in front of the hotel. Partnership with Burger King located nearby, perfect if you want to grab something.

very hot because there is no air conditioner and fan. My whole family couldn't sleep because it was so hot. When I open the window, it's very noisy. could not sleep. other than that all is very good .

There was a television but it would be better if it is located near the bed. Also the bed is a bit hard if you prefer softer. Parking by the hotel is also extra and costs six euros a night so it’s fine.

It was a big room for the two of us. There also was a kitchen. The breakfast was fine but there is not much choice. The location is also good there is a tram station two minutes from the hotel which takes you to the center of prague in half an hour.

There was really nothing to complain about because the hotel was as advertised. No more and no less.

Breakfast was ok and as expected for this type of hotel. Location was good to be away from the mainstream downtown, but also easily accessible to public transportation.

location is bit far away from the city near railway lines so in the summer if you open the window for fresh air you’ll be hearing loud noise in the night.
