There was no ventilation system in the bathroom. And the hallways were very noisy, because of the wooden floors. Again staff was very friendly and helpfull.

Breakfast was excellent, until the end of breakfast time all items were available and refreshed. Staff was cleaning all the time and breakfast venue was marvelous.

Little far from the city center and Old Town but there are good transport link available from right next to the hotel.

The destination is very interesting, near the cultural centre ATRIUM Žižkov, the staff is friendly and professional, the check-in is a little slow, but the people at the desk are helpful, so one doesn't mind it. The surroundings are full of little shops and reflect "normal" day life of Prague.

During check in I had to provide a permanent address.. of course it's not hotel's fault but rather a demand from czech city police but I found it rather odd..

The hotel deserves an update. Despite in general the accommodation is clean (bed and bathroom), the walls are dirty and the carpet damaged in the room I was in.

In the booking we specified to have a double bed. Instead we got a room with two separate beds far from each other. We were mot given the double bed in the end due to inavailability (which sucked). We were given a wine as an apology (better than nothing)

Generally positive, however, the washbasin in the second room I was given had traces of someone's toothpaste. Also, the floors were not regularly hoovered /washed.

Great staff, very helpful and accommodating. The first room I was given had a pungent smell and a broken handle for the bathroom door. I was given a different room the following day.

The location is great for transport links, but this particular street is a little bit shifty - wouldn't walk there in the night.

Breakfast buffet had humble selection but everything tasted great, the room was very clean and the heating was perfect.

Beds are too close together for a twin room. If you have two guys sharing, beds are only about 30 cm apart.

Good location. 2 mins to tram into town. Clean and well serviced. Room with a free fridge and safe. Good water pressure for a shower. Nice breakfast well serviced with a good choice of food.

The room pretty small but it's ok as we've mostly visited the entire day so no need of more room.I would say that the fact we could not have a queen size bed was something I didn't liked but besides that everything was great ❤️

Everyone was very nice , the staff helped a lot, Yury is the best ever as he immediately made us feel like home and provided some good tips about Prague! The beds were actually comfortable but not fully as the beds were actually 2 (one person)beds next to eachother. Breakfast pretty tasty , usual foods, room cleaned every day

Definitely does not feel like 4 star hotel Small room and small bed The bathroom was so outdated The room was cold the heater does not work. We told reception and they gave us a small portable heater which did the job, without it we would have freezed. Some Breakfast staff doesn’t speak English

The location was great in terms of restaurants and bars but was a bit further from shopping and other activities.

The room was clean and very comfortable, the breakfast buffet was very delicious and there were a lot of options. The staff were very friendly and they helped me to set up a surprise for my fiancé as we were celebrating our anniversary. This was something I really appreciated. They also informed us of some fun things to do in the area.
