Receptionist was not very friendly (but actually still very helpful). Beds are very hard.

Great location, the rooms and apartments are actually in a part of the Castle! Apartment No.5 was very spacious, much larger than fotos suggest. Very comfortable for 4 people. Nice breakfast area with good breakfast.

The access to the hotel is terrible! No Uber service in the city, and you need to go from the station to hotel walking. The floor is not good to the luggage. Local people doesn't speak English, so you can't ask help to get a taxi. When you leave, you can ask to the hotel to support you to get a taxi up to the station. But the city is beautiful and worth it.

Room clean, heating system available, big room, good shower, good bed. Location in front to the castle. In central region, with restaurants in the same street. Very good Italian restaurant in the corner of the street.

as it was pretty hot we had to keep the windows open which meant we could hear all the people enjoying the bar below most of the night, which sometimes got pretty noisy once they were drunk ;)

No AC in hot weather but we realise that in those old buildings it's a real problem. But there was the fan and it was powerful. The view was of nearby roofs.

Breakfast was just OK. Hot food was not warm enough. Selection was decent. No elevator, not a problem unless you don't like walking up to the 3rd floor.

Super location, just outside the castle complex. Room was spacious and clean. Fairly sparse but definitely more than sufficient for our needs. Bathroom was small but decent. Loved the patio. Staff was great and helpful.

Rough roads and distance from the bus station that made it difficult to drag luggage.

The deadbolt keys through two doors made me a little nervous. I kept my key in the door in case I needed to leave fast in a fire emergency.

The village of Cesky Krumlov is small, Pension Zamecka Apartments are situated perfectly to all activities. The staff was friendly, spoke English and helpful. The only small complaint in Czeck Republic is constantly converting the Czech currency (CZK) it was a pain. Most shops and restaurants accept the Euro but it is about 1€:22CZK

We have been kindly given a bigger room. However, it's too big for a family which makes it a little bit scary in CK in winter when tourists are very few.

Breakfast is excellently well-prepared, even there is no more guest staying in the hotel.

We loved that the apartment is located right in the middle of the historical part of Cesky Krumlov. We enjoyed how warm and cozy it was and plan to visit again in the summer when the other part of the castle will be open for visitors again.

Shower area could be a bit larger and maybe a few more options of coffees in the breakfast would be nice.

The hotel is located in the city's heart, inside the Castle complex. Have really nice "historic" architecture and decoration. Staff was very polite from the check-in to the check-out providing all the necessary information, tips and also storing our luggage after the checkout. Breakfast is good too.
