Really unprofessional unfriendly front desk employees . And WARNING: they charge you left and right for taxes and transaction fees that have already been paid. I was charged 30€ more than what i booked on booking. com and when i confronted them they responded unfriendly und unprofessional. Also when i checked out I saw 2 other guest facing the same issue.

I did not like that nowhere was mentioned that pets are only allowed for an extra fee, they took 50 euros, it was also written that there is parking but in fact there is none, nearby there is a very small paid parking, I had to pay 25 euros per day and wait a long time until a place is free. Also information for others, that there is no robe and slippers in the room, hair balm, small things but someone may find it useful information.

The rooms are clean and warm, the location is good, there is McDonald’s and KFC nearby.

They do not have staff to help bring your bags down. Had to struggle with my bags. They don't replace the complimentary items. I dropped a towel on the floor for replacement and it was there for 2 days despite coming in to empty the bin everyday

In leaving this review, I have tried to be objective and attentive to detail. The stay at this hotel was ruined by another guest who smoked in the room. The smell spread through the ventilation to several other rooms, including mine. The hotel staff only after repeated complaints from my side were able to respond to the problem. And only on the third day they were able to identify the guest who repeatedly violated the rules of stay. I and my family had to endlessly ventilate the room all these days. All the clothes smell of cigarettes. And the guest who broke the rules will pay a modest 100 euros to the hotel. Which seems a very unfair price since we had to put up with all this. The hotel did not compensate for the inconvenience, we could not offer to move to another room. And we were not offered any compensation for the inconvenience. I consider the actions of the hotel staff to be unprofessional. Their inaction for several days did not allow me to sleep well and enjoy my stay in this wonderful city.

Value for money: just a few steps from many tram lines, few more steps to 2 metro lines, but..., from here, you can also do everything on foot too! Rooms were nice, as on pictures, breakfast was excellent, staff was welcoming and helpful! Exchange is just across the street, few fast foods that are open late are there as well, and if you can't figure out parking system, there are few private garages nearby.
