Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Checking In was a shambles, chaos at its finest!
The Location was reasonable to access downtown and Metro right next door, two stops to central Prague.

At the breakfast we had to find alone for quite some time a table, Instead of getting us settled by someone from the hotel staff. We have never experienced this at the 5 star hotel.
Ideal location next to the metro station. Perfect staff at reception, Denisa managed to help us with everything we needed. Very friendly approach.

Their restaurant dont have many choices of variant food, decorations of overall is not modern.
Hotel is 1 minute by walk to train stasion, only 5 min on train to tourist area..their pool and sauna is just great, room we stayed were wide with spectacular view city of Prague. Although decoration is old but we stay comfortably. Breakfast is good

Bathroom was a little small for my liking (I'm sure bathrooms vary in size from room to room). If it included a cat I couldn't of swung it.
A wide selection available for breakfast. A complimentary bottle for the room was a nice touch! Room very clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful. Close link to rail network.

The interior is aging, and it shows. Some staff members do not speak Czech at all. At the end, they give you water with a sticker to encourage you to rate them a 10. I don't think this is appropriate. Thanks for water though…
The price is really good for what you get. Breakfast was great too. The bar and lobby area are beautiful, and all the staff are trying really hard to make your stay comfortable. We even received 2 wines as a gift.

Staff is extremely nice and professional. They make you feel welcome and appreciated. Breakfast is excellent. Room is spacious in european standard. Location is amazing with Vyšehrad metro station just 50 meters away from the hotel main door. Taking a metro to the city center only takes 5-8 minutes. The area is safe and nice. Prague Congress Center is just 2 min walk from the hotel so if you're atending a conference in Prague this hotel is perfect for you. Great bonus is that Vyšehrad castle and historic park is just around the corner. Hotel has a plenty of rooms with an amazing city view. This hotel far exceeded my expectations as I was travelling for work. The hotel meets international business travel standard in customer service and quality. Hotel restaurants offer great food and restaurant staff, chefs and waiters are highly trained professionals.

The room was OK, a bit small, but great views. It was very warm, we had to keep the window open at all times, air conditioning only working in summer.
The hotel is really nice, location super convenient just next to the Metro, only 2 stops from the center. Free parking was great and the breakfast exceptional. We used the restaurant just 1 time, it was good, but a bit pricey.

Not many restaurants in the area and the hotel restaurant is a little on the expensive side although the food quality was excellent.
Wonderful service. Good sized very comfortable rooms. Nice touch on checkout to offer a complimentary bottle of water for the day.

Hotel is a bit old, rooms are perfectly clean, but need modern touch. Swimming pool is not free for most of the rooms and quite pricy. Breakfast better to book with a room, otherwise it's quite expensive. Slippers and bathrobes has to be asked from FD or HK, as not places in the rooms, but they provide them for free upon request Heating was not working, as entire system was set for summer mode, just cooling. But during our stay was quite cold weather, so had to ask second duver or heater was offered.
Great location, very clean, nice view (but not from every room) great lobby- lots of flowers, seating places. Breakfast is great- good variety of everything. Metro station is just in front of hotel entrance, really close. Very easy to access, 2 short stops and you are in city center.
