There was no mention of the wellness area when we checked in and I was surprised to be charged for it when the advert did not mention there was an additional cost for using it. There was also no mention at reception of the bar being open and no signs in the hotel saying it was open. It doesn't help it is not visible from the lobby and is hidden in the breakfast room.

Breakfast was good, a good selection of hot and cold dishes. The room was too cramped for the number of guests staying there however. The lobby area and the corridors were very nicely scented !

During check-in reception worker didn't tell anything about wellness center in hotel. WiFi was not very strong in the room (room 322). Not very comfy pillow for my neck. There was a doors between my room and neighbours, sound proof because of that was not the best, I was woken up by neighbors having sex and moaning at night 🙉

Good location, close to Old Town. Staff was very friendly and checked in me 1 hour earlier as my room was already ready. Room was clean. Comfortable bed. Decent breakfast, there were not a lot of options, but everything was tasty, except juice diluted with water... Good sound proof, except doors into neighbour's room. Old and beautiful building outside and inside.

Eleven Euros to park one night in unfenced park is a mild shock when everything else is such value for money

Traditional hotel, spacious, discernable sense of history, not spoiled by tasteless 'modernisation'. Excellent breakfast with proper coffee alternative to machine variety. Well equipped gym was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel was fully booked, there was no more available parking at the front, and sometimes lines formed at the two tiny elevators. The beds were very soft, my back did not like it at all.

Excellent location. Nice old building. Very good (and fresh) breakfast, even though fully booked, there was still enough staff to refill and clear tables. Staff was friendly, too.

Not enough parking places. There is no comment that reservation for a car parking is needed when booking the room. It can happen that you need to park a car somewhere when you come later in the evening.

Good location - totally in the city center. Good breakfast - wide choice of food. There is a good restaurant for dinner as well. Nice and helpful staff, cozy room.

The bathroom needs minor repairs - the shower hose was leaking. There was also a problem with the shower cabin door.

The location is very good - close to the beautiful main square of the city as well as places to eat or shop and opposite a nice park. The interior design is stylish and consistent throughout the hotel. Very good breakfast.

Bit old building, no conditioner and wash towels in bathrooms, beige color toilet paper and tissue papers, same same breakfast everyday ( at least add boiled eggs)

Everything was fine. Housekeeping service seems to be on request only, so don't forget to put the sign at the door if you want the room to be cleaned.

I choose this hotel again because of its location in the city center. Everything is close by. The receptionists are always kind and helpful. Very good breakfast with a variety of choices.

The decision to move visitors who are staying for over 3 nights to the room exactly next to the elevator - which is the most busy part of the hotel because it was full during our stay. But after our request the situation was solved.

Situated close to the city centre, an atmospheric hotel with original Art Nouveau elements of decor. Fantastic private spa.

I got a really tiny room, then I got it changed on the request. In the new room was missing a toilet seat lid, shower screen glass - just empty metal holder, and el socket 230 V in the bathroom was not working. To me too much smoked meats and no cheese etc on the breakfest.

Stuff was very nice and dealing with them excellent!

the room have old forniture, in the TV there were only 5 channels and they didn’t clean the room after the first night
