Free wi fi only at the rerception areas. High charges apply to room wi fi. We were asked for 6.000 CZ as a room guarantee. Our luggage was delayed due to Austrian Airelines mishandling, so we were left with no phone chargers for 24 hours. We asked at the reception to borrow or buy a charger but with no positive response from the staff. There were no toiletries (Q tips, shaving kit, etc ) at the room but only the bare essentials (sampoo, body soap and hair conditioner). We had to ask for a kit the next morning. Very unlike a 5 star brand name hotel .

If I had to criticize something, it would only be the quality of the food at breakfast and that there was a little dust in the bathroom, but otherwise everything was great and it's only a small nitpick, but I'm still very happy

The room was pretty, clean & the bad was very comfortable. The Service and staff was friendly and hardworking. The Gym is big and has lots of devices. There is a lot of choice for breakfast (including gluten-free) and the quality is okay. The spa is not huge but there is everything you need and you can relax. Theres a roof top bar, wich is really nice. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.

The reception did not even explain when the breakfast started or finished as if we had been going there every week. When paying, a 3% mark up was placed on our bill and although they state that we had a choice to pay in any currency we were never given a choice. We paid £9.00 more than the price booking. com quoted due to 3% mark up. This is out of order and a misdescription of a product. We paid £306 pounds instead of £297.

The hotel is very clean and the location is 10 minutes walk from the centre. The breakfast is really good with a variety of good.

The hotel was lovely and we had a very spacious room for me, my wife and our 2 kids. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and also has made to order omelets. The location is great and the hotel has many facilities which we used such as the pool and gym. There are lots of english TV channels. The see Prague hop on hop off bus is right outside the hotel door. I would for sure stay here again.

The water in the pool was not pleasant at all. Also, there was no water in the room, something broke, so no shower available. If you want breakfast, you will need to pay an additional £25 per person per day and not to mention that the stay was already pricey not to include the breakfast.

The location wasn't the best, although you can reach the center by foot, it's about 15 / 20 min.

the room was abit overheated, especially while sleeping, if you dont use AC. The parking lot is a bit expensive. There was a slight smell of room scent in lobby, breakfast room etc.

the room was big and clean enough. The breakfast was very nice and versatile. Good location (20 mins to old citycenter, there are tram and subway stations aorund the hotel) . We had some small problems with our room, so our room was changed immediately and they gave a coupon as an apology to use in the cloud9 bar and we enjoyed our cocktails with a night view of the bar. The hotel has a huge parking lot (without reservations). Staff was very friendly.

The bar could not be opened in the room! That was not much of an issue for us, but should be fixed in the future. And the breakfast should include some kind of chocolate (e.g. nutella) to put on the pancakes or a bun. But the available choice was still great and overall very satisfying :) the check in took some time, but we heard that there were software issues. So this will also be fixed in the future.

Great Hotel Style, it appears like a city in a city. Nice rooms and beautiful view on Prague. Nice breakfast and quick service.
