The location wasn’t in the absolute center but still pretty accessible by 10/15 minutes of bus/tram

The staff was amazing and very nice. I would like to give a shout out to Anna from the reception as she was super sweet and helped us and accommodated us at every step. Loved the terrace aswell.

The breakfast schedule was not respected and if you went "too late" (although within hours), the staff would not allow you to eat whatever she had already cleand (I was only allowed to eat cereals, beans and eggs and they removed the beans and eggs right after I served myself, one hour before the end of scheduled breakfast time). The bathrooms had not the best light and when crowded the hostel became quite noisy. Some activities were scheduled by outdoors (bbq), which is not ideal in December.

The bed was comfortable, the facilities were cool and clean, kitchen well equipped and a small convenience store just in front of the hostel. The city center is walkable distance

there were bed bugs in my bed! obviously not the property’s fault however it did impact my stay there and also my next week or so. the staff were great about it and they did all they could do and it was sorted properly.

The doors of the toilet and shower room looked almost broken. It was a bit difficult to open, close and lock it.

I liked the terrace area. Most of the staff seemed to be nice. Bed was comfortable.

The stairs were quite treacherous and definitely not accessible for people with disabilities. One of our beds wasn't the cleanest, with some stains on the top sheet.

Nice communal feel, friendly and helpful staff. There was a free barbecue the night we arrived. The shower and bathrooms were very private and we felt safe at Hostel Elf. The location was pretty good. The kitchen had a shared/free food drawer and great facilities to cook proper meals.

It was rather noisy - the walls and doors seemed to be from paper, you hear every step or word from the corridor (and ppl were loud even at night). The room was EXTREMELY small, enough for me to turn around. We got the smallest room but for the price we paid I expected smt better. Even though there were 3 bathrooms and showers, they were occupied 90% of the time and when it was my turn, ppl kept knocking on my door. Another thing - the cleaning lady just came inside our room early in the morning while we were still in the bed waking up! Inside the building there was cigarette smell in the walls, hard to get rid of.

The staff was REALLY friendly and helpful! It was the best thing about the accomodation. For this I give 100/100! Also the location close to the train station. But for anything else you need to take a tram/bus. I liked the terrace, it had a nice and peaceful atmosphere.

Inside the room was a bit messy and smelly. The guests outside in the common area were loud on saturday evening (thankfully my room was far enough from them to not hear it). I booked 2 beds and one of the receptionist initially did not want to give my friend the card to enter the room, saying that it was enough to use one card for two people which i find absurd, considering waiting time at the toilets or that we simply may have different plans for the day. The next shift at the reception i got a card for my friend without problems so she could be independent. Some beds do not have curtains and they are aware of it. I find the corridors/interior a bit dark in comparison to the rooms. Overall the hostel is slightly over-priced in my opinion.

Location close to the main bus station and easy to reach the center. I liked the common room and terrace space. The facilities were regularly cleaned. One of the receptionist was very helpful to try to find a solution for the missing curtain on the bed. A good option for 2-3 nights not too far from the centre

be aware when booking of the distance from the centre, although this does reflect the price. also had a school trip there when I arrived so felt less inclined to be in the communal areas

Location is a bit far from the city center (considering Prague standards). However, this is if you are only looking for a walk. By public transport, it is very convenient. Snoring guys and in the middle of the night very noisy packing & moving people in the room but this is not hostel's issue. It is related to the guests in my room.

The bed lamps could be brighter and the kitchen could be cleaner.

The staff is really helpful, the place is spacious, and it doesn't feel cramped for it being a hostel. There are a lot of common areas, showers and toilets. Overall, it is comfortable, and one can stay for a longer period.
