Breakfast was good, a lot of choice but wish there was more bacon!

One of the staff opened our room while we were inside. She was knocking on the door and it took a while for me to open because I was busy. She opened the door just when I was trying to open and she asked if "we want coffee, tea or water?". It was so weird. If we are not opening the door, it means either we are not inside or we don't want to open. You never open someone's room and ask to offer a drink anywhere.

The amazing front desk reception of Vanessa. From the moment I arrived to check in she made one feel relaxed as she told you about the wonderful amenities of the hotel. She was very nice and smiling and welcoming! The greeter Nella at the rooftop bar was very nice and friendly too. The bartenders at the rooftop and on the ground level were amazing. And the guest relations Diana was also helpful during breakfast. Great service and great bars , pool and sauna. Because of all of that, I would come back.

The only thing I can fault is the air conditioning in the room is really weak. We set it to 18C but it would not really cool the room.

Location is fantastic, so close to Old Town and probably the closest hotel to the river cruises you will find. Our room overlooked the river so we had breathtaking morning views. Also the staff are so welcoming and always do what they can to help and support.

I was greeted with very friendly staff and a glass of Prosecco. A very warm and inviting greeting. The front desk staff gave recommendations for a bale house close by that was the hotel and I had some of the most amazing pastries on this trip. The room was spacious and had a full mini bar. They had happy hour in the lobby bar and the hotel had a Michelin star restaurant inside.

We like to watch the occasional movie on TV in the evening but only the news was in English. It wouldn't even set English subtitles and all English speaking films were dubbed with German or Czech. We asked about it but there was no option for English language TV. They were very apologetic. The air conditioning was loud, and warmed up the room, turning itself onto heating through the night, so we had it turned off.

The location is great. Brilliant view of the river from our balcony and the roof bar - where they also do mocktails. The spa was lovely, if a little loud at times. Good sauna, pool and steam room with beds around the pool for relaxing. Everywhere was very clean. They noticed it was my birthday and sent a fruit plate to the room, which was a nice surprise. The breakfast was exceptional with loads of choice, including for vegetarians. Staff were friendly and helpful too.

As a couple with a child, we found that there were only two towel sets provided in our room, which meant we had to request extra towels each time.

We stayed in a lovely junior suite with a beautiful, spacious window that offered a clean and pleasant atmosphere. The room service was frequent yet discreet, which we appreciated. The complimentary bottles of water and coffee capsules were replenished regularly, adding to our comfort during the stay. The concierge and staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the warm welcome from the staff after a long flight. We were greeted with two glasses of sparkling wine and given early check-in, which made our arrival even more pleasant.

I stayed at The President over Easter weekend with my two daughters. Our stay was so enjoyable! The staff at the front desk were *wonderful*. They were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. A special thank you also to the doorman, who was so friendly and welcoming, every time we entered or left the hotel! Always with a nice smile. The breakfast staff were super nice, and happy to get us anything we needed. The hotel location is amazing - it is in the Old Town of Prague, well-placed right on the riverfront, but also in a quiet spot. We loved sitting by the window in our hotel and watching all of the tour boats go by.I would highly recommend the hotel, and would definitely go back to stay there next time in Prague. Thank you!
