there wasn't any kettle in the room, so i couldn't make any warm beverage which was especially needed when i was leaving early in the morning when the kitchen wasn't open yet.. i would recommend putting a kettle to the rooms, this is a standard equipment even in hotels

Did not have a space to park my car when I arrived in the evening, not exclusive or guarateed for the hotel guests, occupied by restaurant guests=had to wait till closing time. Very problematic parking in the area and surrounding areas in general.

Stayed 2 nights, unfortunately the room was not cleaned after the first night. Got a set of fresh towels, room wasn't cleaned.

The rooms are newly furnished, great breakfast, good restaurant, free parking, friendly and helpful staff. The B&B is centrally located and everything is new, not worn out.

Despite the fact that they indicated that the kitchen cooks until 22:30, at 22:15 I was refused dinner (and I was in a special hurry from Prague, focusing on this time in order to have dinner before 23:00). But it doesn't matter, the main thing is that the staff is polite and friendly). Breakfast is served with a menu of your choice, but it would be nice to have at least some sausage/cheese cuts, at least some vegetables.. For example, by choosing fried eggs, you will get only fried eggs, and by choosing sausages - only sausages) The creaking of the neighboring entrance doors is very audible in the room, in the bathroom there is an extensive spider web on the ceiling and someone forgot intimate lubricant))

Good value for money. Most importantly, this is one of the very few places in Olomouc, where you can arrive at 10 pm on Sunday and you will be accepted and accommodated. Almost all such establishments there are closed after 20:00 on weekends. Convenient private parking, friendly staff, comfortable bed. In general, a very good place to relax after a long trip, I recommend.

Reception was well below par. Had to wait until restaurant staff were free to get booked in. Not overly welcoming. Bed had no sheets on it and it was a bit of a process trying to get one. Breakfast items were either depleted or not there. Had to chase up on this twice. Need to brush up on customer skills.

Breakfast was OK, room was very large and quite well appointed. Easy place to find from either GPS or from a map. Reasonably quiet location at night. Wifi was reliable - didn't cut in or out.
