Stayed in junior suite. The receptionist Kate is so friendly, polite and well mannered. Her professional attitude made my stay in Prague luxurious and exceptional. My room was way romantic, spacious and clean. Definitely will come back again and again for their VIP treatment!

All the staff were so nice and helpful. The room we had was very nice and exceeded our expectations. We’d gone away on a surprise holiday for my partner’s birthday, I hadn’t informed the staff this was the occasion but the cleaning staff must’ve seen her birthday cards and brought us up a free fruit platter for her. They went above and beyond and we loved our stay.

There was a lot of noise from outside until approximately midnight which made it a bit hard to unwind and relax in the room.

Beautiful room, very nice hotel in general. Fantastic location. The hotel is staffed 24/7 so late checkins were not a problem either. Overall, I had a good time!

After 24hrs in flights from Australia to Prague, we were greeted by friendly staff, a spacious room with the most comfortable bed for a much needed sleep!! The location is perfect if you want convenience of the old town and its many charms. Highly recommend and would choose to stay again!

We had a perfect stay at the hotel. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. And the location of the hotel is outstanding. Just around the corner of Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square.

Potential guests should be aware this is a very central hotel in a semi pedestrianised area & as such can be a little noisy in the early hours with lively chatter from the streets below.

Staff were excellent, friendly & helpful. Hotel was centrally placed for visiting the sites of Prague. Room was well appointed & quirky - this building has an interesting history it was originally a 14th century monastery.

There was a fire alarm that went off but was just a precautionary measure and of no fault of or impact to the hotel. You can't choose your neighours ;)

The entire hotel is beautiful. The staff went out of their way to help us and the rooms are surprisingly quiet given you are in the middle of a city.

Paying 1 euro per coffee pod in room. Low beem between bed and bathroom. Even though aware of it still banged head twice in the dark. Stayed 3 times before and always stayed in superior room, so never had problems with low beems or size of room. Lift only goes upto 3rd floor, so if not fully fit request 3rd floor or lower.

Location, character of building. Now there is a restaurant on site with 20% discount for guests Will be back next year but will upgrade room.

i guess this is not up to the hotel since the building is so old, our room was on the ground/cellar floor so we couldn't open the window or get some natural light, but it was fine, not a super big deal! another thing is maybe update the address or location on google map? the map took us to the other side of the building but the main entrance is from the other street. we still found it no problem but was a bit confusing we showed up to the location from the map and it was a wall

central location, very easy to find from the Prag main station, and convenient to all main attractions the service was great, small-ish scale hotel but the staff was friendly, especially Adam who checked us in and out, was fantastic. Breakfast well-balanced choices, definitely had everything you would need to start the day. we loved the room! big and spacious, high ceiling, perfect for my parents and I. b stunning chandelier placed in the historic and rustic room

Staff lacked warmth/friendliness No coffee in room and you couldn’t even buy it from the restaurant (only way to get coffee was if you had the breakfast included in your stay)
