Only regret was there wasn't a microwave in the hotel room.

The restaurant was impeccable, the rooftop jacuzzi was worth the extra money, the staff was amazing and helpful. The hotel is located within walking distance of almost everything.

Mr Josef welcomed us in a very warm matter and was always present. He did offered us a commom Jaccuzy candle evening on the Rooftop, for which we didn‘t have time unfortunately.

The cleaning should be reassessed as we had to contact the receptionist daily for missing items like free water, tissues, and hand soaps.

Not much to improve on. Maybe the breakfast at 35€ is a bit off putting. Happily for us we found cosy cafes nearby.

From our arrival right through to departure, the staff were all so helpful and friendly, notably reception, parking and concierge. We especially appreciated that they gave us a dog bed as we had forgotten ours. Room is comfortable and cleaning service efficient. Conveniently located near sights and restaurants. Spa sauna and hammam were welcome after hours walking around town. Fitness room is small but well equipped with essentials. We ate delicious dinner with fabulous cocktails once in restaurant. A bit pricey but wonderful. Overall just excellent!

The advertisement said that the hotel has a rooftop jacuzzi - we don't remember being told that half an hour in the jacuzzi costs 40 euros per person. The advertisement says that there is an M club on the basement floor - in fact, it is another living room, and not much more than that.

The location is excellent - couldn't be better! The rooms are comfortable - as a family we took 3 different rooms - all were comfortable and clean.

Emblem Prague hotel does not have a restaurant belonging to the hotel, instead there is a restaurant that substitutes as a hotel restaurant and provides meal options for room service based on restaurant menu. The hotel just delivers them. Not exactly the best standard for quality control. No iron in room, have to request. Not enough towels provided, and after room cleaning some towels removed and never replaced. Oddly no complimentary "still water" provided, and everything you might need is an additional charge.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom and shower well appointed. Hotel location is central to everything in old city, and sightseeing on foot was easy. Associates from hotel were accommodating, polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fair.

Perfect location only 2 minutes walk to the Old Town Square. Very quiet despite a room overlooking the main entrance to the hotel and close to the elevators. Comfortable bed.

Living area a bit dark in the room, unable to adjust heating (it worked well but couldn’t made it cooler) - doona too small for bed, barely covered 2 of us.

The location was perfect, 200m to old town square & Christmas Market. Attentive friendly staff - especially Josef from concierge.
