The first night - Friday - we realised that it was literally next door to a nightclub. It wasn't only the sound of the music (until 06.00) but also the fact that people were standing outside the bedroom windows (and the club) talking loudly all night. Weirdly there was no mention of this in the reviews... and nothing on the Saturday night. Maybe an odd exception, as Prague rules, it seems, say that 22-06 are quiet hours.

Outstanding location and very stylish room. It was large, comfortable and clean, and all communication was timely and easy.

Bathrooms a little tired and need attention. Shower head had a large build up of limescale and so the spray was horizontal and poor. Bathroom door handle fell off in our hands.

The rooms are not soundproof, so you can easily hear the people outside at nighttime, or the people in the other rooms of the property. If you want to check out late, the options provided are a bit pricey to be honest (40eur for afternoon and 80eur for nighttime).

The location of the property is fantastic! The staff were friendly, the room was really comfortable to stay in and the facilities provided are great and make your stay a whole lot easier.

Location, location, location:) + nice staff, comfortable bed, well equipped bathroom and kitchen, huge and cosy apartment in a historical building. We will definately come back, no need to search for anything better.

Awesome location and very quiet in the apartment even in a very busy tourist location. Convenient to access via public transit from the airport and baggage storage was a big plus. Great for our family of 4.

Due to the location there is nouse untill midnight. Recommend earplugs for light sleepers.

Great location. Soundproofing excellent which is needed as it is very close to the old town square. We stayed in March so the temperature was just right and we didn't need to open the windows.

Great apartment in a brilliant location right in the centre of the Old Town. We had a room that looked into the internal courtyard so you didn't hear any of the street noise at all, which is impressive given this building is on a main thoroughfare! Really spacious apartment that was warm and inviting. The workspace was particularly useful and much appreciated. Staff were on hand 24/7 and friendly at reception.

At the shower, the drain was clogged and you had to be very quick if you didn’t want to flood the bathroom

Really wish there was a Nespresso coffee machine in the room. A few pods would make it easy to make one in the morning.

Excellent location - central and walking to all historic sights, 10 mins walk from a metro. The reception guy Jan was really friendly and helpful! Nice internal entrance, to building. My room was L which was up 2 flights of steps which was fine for me, in the roof tops away from the street, only a little sound from there. The apartment was really big easily could've shared with another person as there was also a sofa bed, though the bedroom was off the open plan lounge and kitchen then to bathroom off that. But all a really lovely space I was really pleased.

Great location, right in the city centre. The living room was huge and the kitchen had all possible facilities. The bed and the sleeping sofa were comfortable. We received a list of places to visit, cafes and restaurants to check out upon our arrival. Everything was great 👍

Some of the staff in the evening were unfriendly and had to call someone every time we had a question. The rooms are very sparsely decorated.

So many steps, everywhere on the property. No cars can get to the hotel, pedestrian only area. Rooms were huge, but sparse.

The music bazar next door kept 4 people awake till 4. The appartment are really frustrated with it and called the police a few times as there is a ten o’clock quite policy in Prague. This don’t help much though

- There were lots of stairs to reach the property and it wasn't easy with our heavy luggage, however I refrain from complaint, considering the amount of money we paid for its great location. - No laundry powder was in the room although it was provided by reception upon our request.

- One of the best locations in Prague. - Very nice and clean accommodation. - Someone was available at the reception all the time to answer our questions and help us if needed.

Warmer Duvets,it was November!

Location was perfect,Apartment was exactly as stated, the Service was exceptional ,with a late a Checkout and we travelling with family on honeymoon so on arrival there was a surprise bottle of Champagne...Very nice touch thankyou😍
