英国4条评语被点有用：2“很好！”没有电梯，不过酒店是老的建筑可以理解。隔音非常不好，可以清楚的听到楼上的走动和隔壁的交谈。
非常棒的地理位置，大部分景点都可以步行到达！酒店装饰古色古香，像是中世纪的城堡房间。服务人员非常热情，办理入住的时候讲解非常详细并且告诉我们很多旅行有用的信息！

中国台湾51条评语被点有用：18“惡夢nightmare”我住了三人房和雙人房都很差。酒店很舊有發霉味。7月布拉格很熱但沒冷氣室內只有風扇，每晚會被熱醒根本睡不好。櫃檯只到晚上七點，有天6點要去櫃檯詢問時才發現櫃檯人員提早下班了。寄存行李只能到7點，對搭夜車很不方便。我住另外一棟寄存行李只到四點喔。酒店年久失修很可怕。浴室的廁所紙架也壞了，洗澡時沒有門弄得到處都是水。廁所紙天天都是濕的。最後這酒店沒電梯。四星酒店不該是這樣 I stayed in the triple room and the double room was poor. The hotel is old and musty. Prague is very hot in July, but there is no air-conditioning, there is only a fan in the room, and I will wake up every night because of the heat and I can't sleep well. The counter is only open until 7:00 pm. One day, when I went to the counter to ask at 6:00, I found that the counter staff had left work early. Luggage can only be stored until 7:00, which is very inconvenient for night trains. I live in another building to store my luggage until 4 o'clock. The hotel is in terrible disrepair. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was also broken and there was no door to get water all over the place when taking a shower. Toilet paper is wet every day. Lastly, this hotel has no elevator. Four star hotel should not be like this
