Not an issue of the property, but we came during the off season, so we ended up being the only people staying at the bed and breakfast while we were there. I think it would have been a very fun spot when more people are staying.

Everything was alright. Only 2 small points of criticism, but that's complaining at a high level. There was a small trash can in the bathroom. Another trash can in the room itself might have been nice. We couldn't regulate the heating.

Excellent check-in with key box possible, comfortable, above all clean, large room, comfortable bed, there was even a small fridge, perfect location in the center, parking 5 minutes walk away P3, cost for 1 day 360 Czech crowns, very friendly communication , would book the room again at any time

Everything. Location is great close to everywhere and easy to find. Room is great, clean, big, comfortable bed. I couldn’t wake up as I slept well. Love the room. Owners are very friendly and helpful, very nice people indeed. They explain everything. Coffee and Tea are free.

You will need to go up a few flights of stairs to reach the rooms. (It wasn't a problem for me, but it might be for others.) The key situation can also make it tricky to easily come-and-go. There are three doors which you have to unlock and then lock behind you using the key.

Ubytování u BÍLÉ PANÍ was amazing! My mom and I rented the "Large Two-Bedroom Apartment" during the weekend of the St. Wenceslas Celebrations in Český Krumlov. The room was bright, spacious, and very clean. The location was excellent. Within 5 minutes walk you can be at the main square, many restaurants, and more - and within 15 minutes walk you can be at most of the main sights in the small city. Our room had a great view overlooking the street, but what really impressed me was how well the windows blocked out all of the noise from the street. Our host, Miroslav, was great as well. He helped to carry my mom's heavy luggage to and from our room, and on the morning that we departed, he made breakfast according to our schedule, so we had time to eat. Oh, and the beds, pillows, and the couch were all very comfortable! We were sad to leave!

We had the attic room with balcony. As expected, it was small. The balcony was wonderful! Lovely place to sit in the evening especially enjoy a glass of wine and take in the view of the castle.

The accommodation worked well and it is nice to live in the middle of the unique city. During the winter they do not offer breakfast, but we were given access to a kitchen where we could use a microwave and were offered coffee/tea. In the neighborhood there are several good restaurants and cafes, even though it is a tourist town. We appreciated take away from My Saigon opposite the entrance and pastries at café In Vino a few doors down the street.

Fantastic location right in the center of town. Lovely friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us, including rushing to the station to deliver us a lost notebook. We had such a lovely stay there.

Only one kind of blankets in the room. It is the kind that people in my country use in the winter, and it was summer. They were too warm. No spare ones in the closet, some kind you would like to use in the summer. But this is something that happend in Prague and Karlovy Vary too. It is obviously standard for Chezh Republic. They should change that and put two kinds of blankets in their rooms so guests could chose the kind they prefer.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. It is situated in the heart of Krumlov old town. Everything was near. Hosts, young couple, were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good. It was really nice to stay there. Beds were one of the best we have ever slept in, because mattresses were very very good quality and comfortable even for person with chronic back pain.
