You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Beautiful small hotel in the modernistic building 100 years old. Very good quality and style. Room and bathroom were big and comfortable. Parking just by the entrance, hotel is located close to centrum but in very quiet location by park and city swimming pool just down the stairs

I can't say enough good thing about Hotel Viola and stuff that works there. Everyone was SO super nice and friendly and helpful and although I requested vegan diet when booking through booking.com, it was accidentally overlooked by stuff and my first bfast didn't have anything but fresh fruit to munch on. But!-as soon as I talked to the front desk employee, wondering what happened, she made sure there were plenty things to eat the next morning. But if you're not vegan, I think that's probably the most challenging diet you could be on while visiting Czech republic, there was more than enough to eat and my mom was super happy with every day's food she could choose from. We also ordered bunch of different procedures- massages and body wraps and one night we booked sauna and a whirlpool bath and everything was great. Lit candles, relaxing music... Our room was small, I think it was the smallest one in the hotel, but it was all we really needed. Just a clean place to sleep in and shower comfortably. Everything was nice and clean. The room was on the ground floor, my least favorite floor to be on, there were cars parked right under our window, but it wasn't too noisy, surprisingly. Still- next time I'll make sure to ask for a room on the higher floor. Despite that I'm STILL going to give Hotel Viola 5 stars, because it really wasn't that big of a deal. Everything was superb! Shops are only a short walk down the hill and everything one may need is about 5-10 minutes away. If you like outdoors- bring your hiking boots, there's plenty paths you can take. So ladies (no, I didn't see any guys) that work at Viola- thank you SO much again for such a lovely stay, mom and myself couldn't have been happier :)
