I didn't like the fact that there was no Polish language despite the neighborhood also the parking place is a few minutes away

Rooms aren’t noise treated, you can occasionally hear from other rooms. Also the street noise can be a problem.

Amazing staff. Everyone was smiling at all time and super polite. Special shoutout to the receptionist Fadi. 👌🏻👌🏻 Very clean rooms. Beautiful and huge park right beside the hotel. You get 10% off the food in the restaurant if you’re a guest at the hotel and the food there was exceptional for the price.

All good, starting with the staff’s willingness to help (with tips on what we can visit, which means of transportation to use, even tickets if needed, we’ve also received a nice little map of the city), to the design of the room, to the tasty breakfast, to the surrounding area close to embassies and even a police station.. so as safe as it gets and really quiet :) we would definitely stay here again

We have an amazing stay in the hotel. The staff was very friendly and supportive, especially Martin ( many thanks for your help with booking 1 more night in your hotel). We stayed in separate house with garden and it was like living in the country! Our child liked it greatly. Breakfast was good enough. It was clean. Teapot in the room so you can make tea and coffee capsule machine in the room. The staff even put water without gas, paying attention we have kid. Many thanks for treating us in this manner.

There is a gap under the door I saw before in cheap US hotels, you can hear hallway noise. Wooden parts of the hotel are creaking.

We didn't dislike anything particular. If we are talking improvement, common areas could be modernized (reception, breakfast room...) a bit but that is just personal taste!

A small and cosy hotel that was perfect for our first time in Prague. We were very well welcomed, were given good advice on how to discover the city. Breakfast was limited but efficient (and good) which we appreciated. No need to go over the top with choices if they are not good! The room was spacious, clean, the surroundings are calm. 8 minute walk to the metro, but easy to have a nice walk to the old town with beautiful sights.

I booked a room with the notification that I'm partially wheelchair bounded. At the day of arrival we received a phonecall that the street in front of the hotel was completely opened up and inaccessible. We had a good night rest and a very comfortable stay, although the construction workers were busy from approximately 8-17hrs. This was during the end of september 2023, so the work will probably be done by now. We were offered an room upgrade or a full refund for the inconvenience. The staff was very helpful with thinking along to find a suitable solution and they even helped carrying our luggage to/from our car. Still I wouldn't call the hotel wheelchair/rollator accessible: there's a high step at the entrance, the slope to the restaurant is very steep and the mobility aids (brackets etc.) weren't installed in the bathroom.

We received a free upgrade as there were some inconveniences during our stay as a result of the road construction in front of the hotel. It's a quiet neighborhood. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is nice and pleasant. The minibar and the restaurant are well priced. The room is provided with all the necessary amenities. The staff is very proactive, helpful and friendly. And last but not least: the breakfast is delicious and has a great variety. Even freshly baked waffles!

The location was around a 10-15 minute walk from the nearest metro station.

The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The hotel were very accommodating to any requests and allocated us a room with a bath. The rooms air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was very good and varied - cooked sausages, bacon, eggs, also waffles etc. I would highly recommend the hotel restaurant as we ate their a few times and the meals were outstanding. Staff were very friendly and helpful (helped us with public transport to get to Kutná Hora).

We enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, the staff friendly and the location was in a quiet area but about 20 min walk to old town and other attractions. We also liked the hotel restaurant! We would definitely go back!
