You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

that we stayed only 2 nights :-) but during both nights at 4am some singing birds woke me up, so the room noise insulation could have been better
lovely staff, very spacious and comfy rooms, very tasty breakfast, very nice indoor pool where I had a lot of fun with my son, great spa (saunas, etc), huge parking garage

The bed sheets were soft but the mattresses were worn out.
The breakfast was fantastic. So many choices and fresh fruits. Best Bircher muesli!

Can‘t think of any at the moment.
The room was spacious and the bathroom was always warm. The wellness facilities were also very pleasant. The staff was very friendly.

Breakfast should be improved. Only limited options of eggs and breads, cannot be summed up as whole continental breakfast as offered in most of 4/5 star hotels
Wellness area is very good . Hotel is located in quite neighbourhood and has all facilities to impress its guests

Some of the staff were rude they don't speak english and not helpful But some were amazing very helpful even if they know little english they try to help us

The decoration is a bit old fashioned, the wifi in our room did not work very well and I believe the value you pay is too for what you get in the hotel. Service at the restaurant was not the best and we waited for 1 hour for our food.
The location of the property is definitely amazing and loved the all nature around the hotel. The breakfast and dinner were good. The rooms were clean and the bar service was very good. The external pool was also very nice.

The indoor pool ( around 16-18m) was closed.. they told us due to Corona, but it was actually closed due to repairs we found out at the end.That was a total letdown as we were unable to get any sort of swimming laps in at the outdoor pool...even at 7am due to the regular dry haired floaters paddling in the pool. Enjoy your welcome drink because after that prices at the bar for drinks were a high 13-15 euros for a glass of white wine.( maybe between .1 and .15l) To eat a casual lunch or dinner head out as they only have a high end fine dining restaurant $$$$ and reviews of underwhelmed diners. Overall we found the resort to be very disjointed with little connection between the pool and the hotel and bar. Plenty of walking down 1980's feeling hallways and few exits so we always have to head to the main entrance all the time. The atmosphere of the place isn't geared to the young at heart, and we found the guests elderly and righteous. The lobby and bar have been well styled but even the large renovated rooms look like the bathrooms are from the 80's It seemed anything but a wellness hotel from our perspective and at more than 360 euro a night it should've been. Dogs are welcome to pay an additional 20 euros a night but not permitted in the restaurant area or pool area.
The location has nice mountain views but no views of the lake. It's located around 1km from Murnau town in an upscale area. The breakfast was exceptional as was the breakfast service. Spacious rooms. We picked this hotel as we are all swimmers and were looking for the wellness experience with two swimming pools. The outdoor pool has a unusual shape and made doing laps a challenge, especially when there was constantly people in the pool who righteously float diagonally across it. When it wasn't filled with dry haired paddlers it was over run with kids who used it all day non stop.
