Too much noises from water in pipelines. So much so that, it was also interfering with our sleep.

Reasonably clean. Value for money for 1 or 2 nights. Great location.

The room was very small and the shower VERY small. No soap in basin and dispenser fixed on shower wall shower curtain only so floor often wet. Only one pillow of strange lumpy synthetic stuff. No breakfast available

The hotel advertise as they have a parking space but they don't. In reality there is a parking garage close to the hotel but its not included on the price as assumed since they offer it on the hotel description.

Location was great! Very close to everywhere you want to see in Bamberg. Other than that, room was small and beds were not comfortable.

Location close to the old town. Bar across the road is 'Dude Bar', a retro for the Great Lebowski movie. A 'must visit'.

The room walls are a bit too thin. I could hear my neighbours! Not much availability of the staff on-site, but all the instructions were clear and the owner answered me on the telephone!

The location is great! Right in the centre of the city... I liked the size of the room. When called, the owner was very friendly.

In general the quality/price ratio is not good. For 80e at night, the room is too small and there are no extra services: no boiler for making some tee or coffee, no toiletries ( just shower gel and toilet paper).

The position is superb, right in the city center. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The receptionist were very kind on our arrival

The breakfast was strange. Some of the cutlery was not clean, which is strange even for a cheap hostel and definitely not acceptable for the hotel with 100 per night price.

The room is fine. Very small (especially for 100 per night), but fine. Shower is clean, bed is fine. Staff was friendly.

No parking, the closest public parking is 200 m away. No air conditioning: had to keep windows open (we were there in July), but it is very loud in the morning and you cannot sleep after 7 o'clock. Very weak WiFi: no chance to watch a movie or play a game.

Great location in the city center, old atmospheric building of the hotel, pleasent ambience.

Room on street was noisy due to late night partying on weekend. Rooms tight and needed updating. Breakfast was convenient but okay. When checking in during reception times, no one was there at desk. Had to call to get keys.

My only disappointment was that breakfast was advertised as being included but in the end had been discontinued due to covid and was not available. No one was present at the reception desk except for a short period of time one morning. All went well though.

I loved the location, the room was immaculate, comfortable, and quiet. The location was very close to good restaurants, within easy walking distance of the old town, and easy walking distance from the train station.

The bed was really squeeky and the room somehow too warm to sleep (even though the central heating wasn't turned on). The absence of personnel I can understand due to the COVID rules (so the :( earlier in this survey has nothing to do with the quality of personnel but with the lack of any personnel), but I did miss the personal touch of a stay in a hotel. I do prefer to be able to get some information (for example parking, which turned out quite expensive) or just general information. Also, the blue light from the power button of the TV was really bright and lit up the room :$

The location was splendid, very close to the centre and restaurants/bars. The room was clean. The communication via the Booking.com app (and email) was very good. Everything clear about the key, the code, etc. Ps. The outside is very beautiful with the woodworks :)

check in was smooth with staff help on phone; wifi was good; room is clean and comfy; toilet and sink with water inside the room, only shower is shared which is perfect for me and i found it good value for money; good location-- in old town, close to all attractions but in a quiet corner. safe neighborhood
