The rooms are close together and while we didn't hear our neighbors, we could hear those out in the halls. It wasn't too loud and we still enjoyed our time, but it made us worry about being heard as well. The bathroom was clean, but the soap dispenser wasn't working. Little things like this. Otherwise, I had a great visit. Thank you very much!

The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Although my sister and I stayed only for one night, it was a great central location for us to stay during our short trip to Potsdam. It is centrally located and there were great shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast that was provided. We had a comfortable stay here and I would recommend it to visitors to Potsdam.

No lift. Request a lower level room if you have issues with stairs. We are over 70 years old there were about 50 stair steps to our bedroom/bathroom level.

Great location. No frills, but practical, recently renovated interior of the room, and very clean. The breakfast was excellent, and could be enjoyed at the terras outside. The hotel also has a small parking.

There is no lift, so be prepared to carry your cases up a couple of flights of stairs! Breakfast was good (two types of eggs, various breads, cold meat and cheese) but I'd have like some fresh fruit options.

The location in the middle of Potsdam is very good, and the price compares extremely well with other hotels in the area. Friendly staff on reception.

At breakfast you had to get everything yourself. There was no real contact with the staff in the morning. Most places have someone at least getting you a hot drink.

The situation was fantastic. Very easy to wander to all the sites and shops and the Christmas Market. Lunchtime food in the attached steak house was delicious and good value.

The bathroom is new, but some individual components are old, such as the shower head. This was very small and did not really provide a stream of water, as it was completely filled up with chalk. It might be worth replacing it. It was very obvious it was chosen to save water usage, but the pressure in the pipes is too high for such a small shower head. The floor of the shower was also in need of a deep clean. Also, staying as one person in the room, they only give you one pillow, one blanket and take away the second set of towels after one night. I understand they don't want free boarders, but a second pillow would be nice to have. The bed is very hard. The coffee is undrinkable. You can pay for a cappuccino etc, but if you like black coffee it's a nightmare.

Great location, staff is very nice and helps with everything you need. The room I had was very quiet. There is no elevator, but ground floor rooms are available. Overall, it is a nice place to stay for a couple of nights. Can recommend.

Booking filters stated there was private parking available - this is not true. You can park on the street (EUR 2/h) or at public car park some 350m away at EUR 18/24h rate. The rating would have been higher if not for that, because it was absolutely not clear at the time of booking,

There was no safe nor bar in the rooms.

The Hotel is in the center of Potsdam, you don’t need a car as there a lot of restaurants, bars and shops at walking distance. The rooms are clean and have everything you need, shower, TV, WLAN. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is served in the nearby Steakhouse.

The purpose of the booking this hotel was the classical architecture on the photo of the building. That special guest request-to leave in a classical architecture atmosphere has been confirmed by e-mail by the hotel.But In fact we have been given a motel like room deep in the back yard. There was a parking area mentioned but there was a space for 3 cars only what cannot be considered as a parking bearing in mind the size of the hotel
