You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SwedenThere was nothing I disliked. What would have made the room even better would have been a cozy lamp. Do something about the toilet.
The hotel corresponds well to 3 stars. Large nice room, comfortable beds, two armchairs, large TV. The location is perfect, close to the railway and the city centre. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

South Africaour room faced the road - so after the soccer match there was much noise in the street. But otherwise the view across the square and statue was good.
Room was cleaned every day and we were provided with bottled water in the small fridge. We had a good stay and could travel out - to do many interesting places and nearby town each day. We could meet other family members from around the world

GreeceStaff’s English was worst than a 12 years old kid. The girl at first day saw that we were a couple and she didn’t mention that they didn’t have a double bed until we pay. Bath shampoo was for dishes so you have to buy one normal. Aircondition wasn’t working. The best of all and the reason I’m doing the review is that at first day I asked how much a double cappuccino cost and she said 2 euros, I said okay can I have 2 please? Next morning a guy worked. I order a double cappuccino and he says we don’t have cappuccino, okay so 2 double espresso. When I go down to repetition he asks for 8 euros. I feel him that yesterday I paid 4 euros for 2 double cappuccino and he keep saying we don’t have cappuccino. I tell him that I don’t want the coffees for 8 euros and he takes the money from my hand saying I made them so you have to pay. I explain him that they are a “hotel” and can’t cost customers different prices every day. Now I see why it’s a 3-star hotel. The lady was okay at all, I can’t say the same for the guy at morning shift 8/03

United States of AmericaCouldn't arrange a late check out due to high demand. The thermostat for the ac is controlled by the front desk so if you like it cooler you need to let them know.
Great location right by the central train station so you can get everywhere quickly. Wassersturm park is a short walk along with restaurants and the shopping streets. 24 hour reception to leave your room key with so you don't have to carry it around and worry about losing it. Bed was very comfortable. They have ac for the hotter season. I'd definitely stay again when I come back to Mannheim.

GermanyThe hotel furniture is a bit old and the rooms are not 100% soundproof. But its still decent. We slept alright despite some noise in the early morning.
Location is very close to central station. You can come and go at any time and the staff is friendly. Furthermore, its possible to pair your device to their TV, so you can stream your shows and movies on the big screen.
