We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The restaurant and the food was excellent - I had one of the best meals ever. The setting in the middle of a vineyard was stunning. The receptionist was very helpful.

The property is very nicely located with a wonderful view over Bad Dürkheim. Rooms are spacious and cosy. We stayed at a Winzer Suite. Staff was really nice and friendly. We celebrated a birthday in their beautiful garden. Everything went very well. Super nice setting and very good food. I can truly recommend this place for celebrations and gathering of friends and family.

BelgiumGreat hotel with lovely atmosphere, but the quality of the beds was not what you'd associate with a hotel like this. And the dinner staff seemed to be stressed ... under staffed?
The location is very good overlooking gorgeous wine fields! The hotel is very charming, and the restaurant serves excellent food and a great breakfast. The inner court is very cozy!

GermanyBreakfast is very basic for 18 euros with only one coffee machine for the entire hotel. You end up spending half of your breakfast time waiting to use the coffee machine. Hot water ran out before I could wash out shampoo. Location is far from public transport.
It's in a beautiful location overlooking vineyards. Rustic farmhouse renovated into a hotel. Nice outside sitting area for sunny days.

A very good selection of foods was available for breakfast. The location was beautiful with lovely views of rolling hills and vineyards. The staff were exceptionally helpful; we were a large group including two small children and we were all made to feel very welcome.

Canada2 minute drive to Bad Durkheim. Nicely located in the middle of the vineyards with easy access to the many bike and pedestrian trails through the vineyards. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating.

Abkhazia, GeorgiaUnfortunately, our stay started bad.. we opened the curtains in the room and they fell off. As a surprise two spiders appeared behind the curtain, one was on the headrest at the bed. Dust was on all the furniture, the roomkeeping did a bad job with cleaning. In the bathroom was a bad smell during the whole stay and the sink was broken.. The service was very inconsistent. We expected very different service of a 4 star hotel. For the current situation, the hotel should changes the stars and lowers the price. They can change little things easy, so that guests feel more welcome.
One staff member was really friendly and helpful during the stay.
