To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

apartment was good but it did not had two bed rooms as showed by ABT .The House owner was a gentleman & nice. But its ABt Private rooms who sells on their behalf's are cheats. How can they display living room into a bedroom .We paid for 2 Bedroom apt instead we got one Bedroom apartment in which living room was converted into bedroom. When Called ABT the gentleman was too rude and got irritated as it was a sunday >If so then Abt should not take reservation check ins on Sunday .I expected them to revert back next day but he never called back.Even the Landlord of the apartment was shocked & embarrassed with ABT employees commitment & Rude Behavior. Please never Book Through ABT .

BelgiumThey first put is about 4km further away from the messe, luckily they resolved this and change to our location which was just a short walk from the Nord Messe entrance. The room was obviously being used by the owners kids (closets/shelves full of personal belongings). It smelled a bit stale, but you didn't notice it anymore after a few minutes. No way to close the room.
It is only a 15-minute walk to the Hannover Messe (fair location). Which is frankly the only reason to consider staying here. Be aware, they have multiple locations and not all of them are close to the Messe, but ours was. It was also a quiet area, not a busy road at all.

HungaryIt know that is is not connected with the accomodation, but I mention it, I took a taxi from the main station, but intead of transporting me to Laatzen Pestalozzistrasse 19, he took me to Otto Hahn strasse 19, and I had to go 900 meters with my heavy luggages. I wrote a mail to the taxi company by may son, but they didn't even answer. I can forward it to you and please forward it to the appropriete authority of the City of Hannover, who takes into account the opinion of the visitors of EMO2023.
The hosts were very kind people, helped me a lot, even accompanied me to the Hauptbahnhof
