Our apartment had a small kitchen range - just two hobs and a microwave (no oven) - but it was enough for the time we were there.

There is no lift (either one or two flights of stairs) - this is important if you carry heavy bags!

Well managed little hotel in a practical location. Staff at the reception were nice, one lady was extremely nice. The reception is occupied from 8:30am to 2pm, but the code for key box was sent by sms - everything was well orgnaised. The room was clean, comfortable and away from the busy main road. No complaints for the price.

Safe neighbourhood, couple of supermarkets walking distance Decent apartments, really similar to the style of the pictures, big space. Reception wasn't open at 3.30pm (closed at 2pm) when we arrived nor at 8.05 when we left. Would have been nice to have some sort of contact. Especially as we had wanted to book a taxi for the morning.

Apartment was very clean and spacious. We were only there for one night but found an amazing German restaurant a short walk away with an ice cream parlour beside it. So great location (which we chose as it was close to the airport). Beds were comfy and the place had everything we needed.

There was no one at reception when we arrived and the instructions weren't clear on how to find the room so that was a little confusing. No air conditioning so not ideal in the summer. Not much going on in the area, although it was easy to get to from the city centre.

Perfect for what we needed, which was just a night in Hamburg for a concert. Very spacious and clean.

Easy check in and out, the location was quite central amd there were many nice places for eating. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was very clean. We even used the toaster for the breakfast! I really enjoyed staying ApartmenHaus :)

Our appartment faced Gartnerstrasse, which is a busy street. Would be lovely to have black out curtaitns to sleep better in summer. Was quite light in the room, also thru street lighting.

The extra bed, which was originally a sofa, wasn't the most comfortable bed ever; but it was not a big story. Another minor issue was that the ashtray was just in front of our window, so when the window was open, all the smoke was inside the apartment.

Clean and nice apartment in a great location. We stayed for 2 nights, and did not have major drawbacks. Happy to recommend.

Our room overviewed the entrance, so in the morning we heard some noise coming from outside.

Our apartment was super clean, cozy and comfortable. We also liked the bathroom. We even found some sweets as a welcome gift.

Cleaning the room next to us at Sunday morning 8:30am was very loud an we could not sleep anymore afterwards. also the stuff tried to enter our room while we were still sleeping.
